His level of irrationality might lead some people to think that but he really does not show any of the same sorts of signs that Biden did. I would say he probably has the normal amount of cognitive decline that any 80 year old would.
He’s definitely aged. He’s not nearly as sharp as he was in his first term. But it seems more like typical aging than something clinical.
I say no but something sure flipped somewhat recently. I'm guessing blackmail.
For sure he’s aged. I think the decline in sharpness is due to being tired or at least contributes to it. Sometimes he looks like he just got outta bed.

How many of his speeches and pressers do you watch? You seem to be continually surprised when someone posts something he’s said or done. I think you only absorb the info that comes directly from the admin.
His speeches and interviews are all we have to base it off since we aren’t around him day to day but if you watch those one could theorize that he isn’t all there

I don't know if he has dementia but he's 80s years old, if you watch videos of him from 2016 vs 2026 it's not really the same guy. I've observed it with my parents and their peers, from 70 to 80 theres a big physical and mental decline between those years.
Just about every weekend he leaves DC but you rarely see any videos of him golfing anymore. He's been disappearing for days at a time and when he comes back has bruises on the back of his hands where IVs are generally inserted. It wouldn't be at all surprising if theres a succession at some point for health reasons.
Dems fucked up with old Joe by not setting up a worthy successor from the start of his term and that ended disastrously. I wouldn't say Vance (Bowman) is all that much better than Kamala was, of course Republicans can always be counted on the fall in line so we'll see how it shakes out.
Dementia or narcissistic, pathological lying, psychopath?
Nothing on here would be an actual diagnosis, obviously. Dementia is a very tricky one. I've known more than a few older people who started to have issues communicating well, but were still sharp as a tack in their thinking. I've also known several old people who were great talkers, but their thought processes were whacked out, especially compared to their abilities just a few years before.
Trump has never had the cognitive abilities of someone like Bezos, Musk, Gates, Brin, etc., so it's not really fair to expect that sort of thing from him now, either.

No president has been more mentally inept to run a country then the previous guy. Having said that ,I believe trump is in a position where his hand is being forced by outside influence. Im not sure who or why but its the only excuse for his actions that actually makes any sense.
Yeah, definitely see some decline due to his age but no sign s of dementia. He looks shot at times , tired looking for sure. Then other times he looks rested .
