Chuck Norris

Sad day in this household. Chuck was a big part of my life when I was in my mid-20's. I was an assistant editor on Walker, Texas Ranger for 3 years and close to 80 episodes. At the time I was going through a really difficult time in my life. Chuck would fly in from Texas a couple times a month so we could lock episodes for air and he would ALWAYS pull me aside and check on me, give me advice. He liked to tell me to look at the big picture and not get hung on the small things. He was truly one of the most compassionate people I have ever worked with.

R.I.P. to a great Man and a legend in life.

The only man to ever beat the sun in a staring contest . Rest easy legend.

A life well lived. RIP  

Of all the nutjobs in the entertainment industry he never appeared to lose his footing of who he is. That's not easy in those environments. 

Class all the way. RIP

RIP Carlos,  you were a good man and certified badass.

Chuck Norris doesn't ever actually die.  He just closes his eyes and assumes ambient air temperature until he decides to start breathing again.......

Damn, really makes you reasses when one of your icon bad ass passes. Some people you just don't even consider that possibility at this point in their life. He was a student of my Grand Master. Several pics were on the wall. He was an inspiration to many.

I see the internet is already filling up with Chuck Norris Death jokes. In any other circumstance, it's inappropriate. In this case, the joke's on Mr. Death.

Sad day for sure Chuck was a legend. One that cannot be replaced.

I'm gonna have some of his protein powder in a drink right now. If you guys have not seen this stuff, it's really good.

That scene from missing in action when they think they killed him and he rises up from the water with the belt-fed was epic. 

Always seemed like he’d be a good dude off screen too. From Avid’s post, sounds like that was true.
