If deegs got robbed instead of shimoda in your 100% honest opinion would the ama have stuck to their guns or caved under the pressure? This is a question about the ama and how fairly they enforce the rules, not about what deegan would have done. Deegan is just the most popular 250 rider. Do the ama call it even across the board or do they change depending on who it is? I’m interested to see what people really think about how fairly the rules are being enforced depending on who it is.
Yes vote means they call it the same, no penalty.
No vote means they give brown a penalty and deegs wins.
Poll
Brian would have probably cornered Mike Pelletier in a room by himself like he did to that kid at Loretta’s who tried to claim that Star bike.
If the AMA want to make this super-nuanced case about why no penalties apply in this situation when they've always been applied in the past, then they at least need do a better job of communicating the situation to the teams and riders. The fact that no one seemed to know about this before hand is an embarrassment.
I guess what I'm saying is that even if the AMA isn't being biased here, they're at least being incompetent about it.
I'd say they're definitely being both
Years ago didn't Deegan have the fiasco where he cut the first turn at the Mini Olympics (J-law style) and he wasn't docked?

Can we Fuck off turning everything into a post about Deegan?
Don't have to go that far back. 2024.
Fast forward to 2025 and Deegan was penalized for jumping on the red flag in the first moto at Budds. 😏
He wasn't penalized for using the service road last year.

It's all a conspiracy, Mav. Just like in 2024 when Deegan was docked 5 points at the Birmingham sx for...off track advantage.
Clearly, the powers that be play favorites.
Was it a conspiracy that caused his engine to not start before post race sound testing?
Just like when Deegan lost his Q1 fast time at Glendale due to a failed sound test?
Yes just like that, knew they were going to fail, so they dodged it and made a weak excuse, but post race is a bigger penalty.
When you do it so many times with a blind eye turned you eventually have to throw the peasants one penalty to appease them
It would never happen to thy cringe lord... all the race fixing is for star yamaha...
He was roughly around 15th place in the first pic and emerged in third place. They let him get away with it.
The LL bike claim fiasco, the multiple incidents where he did the "swerve, look-back, brake-check, take-out" move without any repercussions all make him think he can do anything and get away with it. Somebody needs to step up, either on the track or in the AMA truck.
He's going to keep doing shit like this until he can't.
Is the AMA competent enough to participate in a plot?
Hanlon's razor "Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity."
He would have made the pass back for the lead, so its irrelevant
Pit Row
You mean the moto where Deegan's bike was literally smoking towards the end of the race? Not to mention a nearly 40 point lead in the series that he was dominating.

I'm sure they rushed back to blow up the engine, wink, wink.
Deegan has been penalized for aggressive riding, jumping on a red flag, off track advantage, docked starting gate pick, not showing up for a post race presser, and code of conduct violations. DDS is real.
Yep, the kid's a cheater. Clear as day.
Irrelevant. Deegan would’ve passed him back and pulled away the very next lap.
Post a reply to: If this had happened to deegs, same outcome?
