He's ripping and comfortable right now. You can tell.

And he seemed pretty positive (for Joey) in Pulp’s interview. Good for Joey, seems like a good dude and it’s great to see him bounce back from the WSX title defeat.

The difference between him & Christian Craig this weekend was pretty stark

I didn’t even have him in my top 10, let alone 5th.
Solid ride 👌

It's no different than Prado's 3rd. Very few riders can move through the pack in StartOcross. Tomac Deegan Sexton Jett and who else?

I like Joey, I hope he's doing well. Seems like he has depression or something though?

Another solid performance from Joey, had Prado on him the whole race, and moved through a tough battle to get another great result.

Help from HRC due? or do you just leave him alone with what clearly works for him.

Impressed.

At least send a couple techs over and offer some tips and solutions for any gaps in performance Joey is finding.

I'd love to see him win one, or 3.  He has more fight this season.  I'm stoked to see him doing well.

He was super impressive at A2. SD was a better result on paper but he looked better at A2 I thought. Could be a consistent top 5 guy going forward.

Yarrive’s (Quadlock team owner) Australian team is the factory Honda team, and HRC has provided bikes for Webster (Yarrive’s Australian rider) at MXdN the last two years, so I’d be surprised if there isn’t at least some cooperation between between them stateside. Either way the Quadlock bikes are obviously top notch.

In the words of Ando during WSX; Joey’s a really underrated rider.

The first three rounds have been a testament to the benefits of competing in WSX and/or off-season races. Anstie and Tomac take A1, Anderson and Roczen are mighty comfy on their yellow machines, and Savatgy is in his best form since he first moved up to 450s on Kawi's.

Joey got fucked so hard by factory Kawi when he moved up. I remember he had a lot of bike failures and even when he was succeeding they didn't re sign him because they already knew they wanted AC.

He's also been screwed so hard by the 250 point out rules and they even repealed them but not retroactively so him and Shane are stuck in 450s.

He's also been screwed by his team folding, he just keeps getting screwed over by other people. I'm glad to see him doing well

You would think the OEM’s would do this more. Better results on non factory teams makes the bike look better.
