So can anyone actually provide factual info on how club affords to build all these buildings and houses on the property? The moto training isn’t making them that much money. Maybe brandon has a side hustle?
The facility is 100 percent self funded from within and has grown organically. One could argue that the team brand has helped that but the team has been a mostly separate part from the facility financially from what I have heard. I'm sure something like a title sponsor dropping could disrupt that balance hence why it's important to probably replace it quickly.
Look at how many families spend mad money to be there. To think it can't be sustainable from its own growth is silly. Moto families pay big bucks to be there. They own actual property on the club property. There is value everywhere you look from an investors point of view.

Is he building the cabins to rent out, or are they building/selling them for clients?
If a family sends their kids there or the entire family moves there, they might want to live in a house rather than a trailer/motorhome.
The money made from the builds could be put back into the racing program.

Two things can be true: they can charge a lot to train there and still lose/barely make money. I saw a quote from Brandon last year stating that he puts a couple hundred k into the team per year. This could mean that he takes money from the training side to subsidize the team, or it could mean that none of it really makes money.
At the end of the day it's a private business and we'll probably never know what's actually going on there in the finances which is fine as we really don't have any right to.

Club didn't pop up out of no where. It's taken 20 years to get to this point starting as a just a random sand track. That's a lot of time for things to compound and hit some sort of velocity.
I believe those posts were in here and the user deleted them after that PR dropped.

Long time ClubMX resident here with some lore.
The fees to train at ClubMX, or any training facility, is very expensive. Even when their prices were much cheaper back in the day, I could barely afford to make it work and would always owe money when I left (meaning I couldn't afford it 😅). On top of their base training fee, they have a lot of cashflow from various accomodations at their facility, like private cabins, garages, hookups, private coaching, meal plan, etc. Nearly all of their income gets re-invested into the facility, thus it continues to expand. ClubMX started as a cost-effective choice to train at but has since grew into a premier destination. I'm unaware how the finances extend over to their current race team (I left around 2018 when they restarted their effort on KTMs) though I'm confident the funds are there to keep the operation afloat.
At first, the only available living space was the bunkhouse which housed 7-8 people, otherwise you needed a motorhome/trailer to stay on the property. Some clients wanted privacy, so cabins were created as a premium rental option. They normally housed 2 people, great for high profile riders who were accompanied by mechanics or staff members who wanted to live on site. As demand went up, more were built with extra features (fully furnished, garage, etc) and developed on different patches of land.
Fun fact, the cabin next to the bottom SX track was originally owned by the McAdoo family, as well as the small patch of property it sat on. Right before 2019, Brandon and Cameron had a falling out and the cabin laid dormant for a while. They eventually patched up their relationship but the property sold to a private owner who has no ties to dirt bikes. I'd imagine some of the other cabins could be sold privately for similar reasons.
One of the houses used to belong to Zach Osborne, as he was one of the main investors when the facility was established. After his departure, the house was offered to familes who wanted a normal living space and has changed hands multiple times since.
Some clients wanted extra security for their equipment, which was provided with private storage rooms in the main shop (the one next to the gym). It started with 3 rooms and later renovated to make 6 rooms altogether. When the regular shop space got too small, a mini-storage complex was built for additional private garages. Again, popular among high profile riders or race teams looking for a clean on-site work space.
Slightly off topic, but the wakeboard park, which sits on Brandon's property, was mostly funded by Hyperlite Wake. One of the clients was a respected brand rep for Hyperlite and pulled some strings to provide the giant zipline across the pond (pun not intended).
The Jeffries are a big contributor towards the race team. One year, Eric came down to get ready for the Canadian nationals and his youngest brother Alex followed years later. They're a lovely family and fully supportive of the race team.
Last bit of this long winded post, but Brandon worked his ass off to make that ClubMX into the place it is today. I had a love/hate relationship with Brandon but he's a stern, morally governed, gritty and commendable man who's earned everything he has and doesn't have a bone in his body which will allow him to quit. He could've spent his earnings on materialistic shit, but instead puts it back into the business. Don't forget his family and staff are all on board with the business as well.
A lil further info, the original property for ClubMX actually belonged to Zach Osborne. The house and the sand track were Zach's, then Brandon came down and moved ClubMX to the property from an operation he was doing up North.
