Big SPAM post here boys, but I built this app to fix something that was driving me nuts: having to scroll Facebook full of copied or fake content and nothing ever in realtime and bounce across 20 tabs just to get my moto fix. I wanted one place where I could pick the sites I actually care about, choose who shows up in my feed, and decide who’s allowed to send me notifications. So i got every moto site i could find and condensed it into one app.
Then I was like, “Man, this would be cool for YouTube,” so I built a way for users to customize their video feeds and basically bypass YouTube’s algorithm.
Then Spotify raised its prices, so I decided I’d just build my own podcast player—with timestamp memory, recently played, and the same ability to pick exactly who I want to follow.
Then I thought, “I’m a forgetful guy sometimes.” Races, big signings, breaking news—I miss stuff. So now, if Vital posts a new article, the app can send you a push notification. MXA drops a new YouTube video? You get a notification. New pod drops? Notification—if you turn it on. When Eli hit the track for the first time on the KTM, I had three push notifications from three different videos within 10 minutes of them posting. That’s when it clicked: I can’t be the only one who wants this.
The first knee-jerk reaction you might have is, “So you’re stealing content.” No. I used to be part of MotoXAddicts, and I know there’s nothing more infuriating than people ripping your stuff and reposting it.
For articles especially, my goal is the exact opposite of stealing: every story opens on the original site, inside a webview, with no ad blocker. That means their ads load, their impressions count, and their revenue stays theirs. Same idea for videos and pods: you’re watching or listening straight from the source. I’m trying to kill the ragebait, fake AI posts, and stolen garbage—not the real media.
NO CONTENT IS STORED OR MANIPULATED.
I don’t show ads inside the app either—the premium tier is just to customize feeds and help pay the bills.
With push notifications on, it’s simple: say you’re subscribed to Vital; Pit Bits get posted, and about 10 minutes later your phone buzzes with a link.
YouTube uses its official API. If you’ve got YouTube Premium and you’re signed in, you bypass ads like normal. If not, you’ll see ads just like you would on YouTube. Podcasts are streamed directly from their source. We don’t host anything—we’re just passing through their links and letting you organize it all in one place.
My goal with this app is to boost smaller media you might never have heard of. Same with YouTube channels and pods. I’ve found so many gems digging for new creators, and I’m constantly looking to add more.
I try to give each feed—Articles, Videos, Pods—a solid description. Stuff like “Be Quick or Get Caught” is phenomenal. BikesNBeards. Over time, I’d love to rotate who’s featured on the free tier so new creators get a little spotlight each month.
I’ve got a lot more I want to do. My original dream was to build a feed of moto journalists and riders on Twitter and let you sort by real-time, but holy hell is Twitter expensive now. That’s still the big goal someday, because it would be awesome.

Ok so I tried it and it works really well! Bravo! As for Twitter, no thanks 😉
Hey thanks man, I build software and websites for a living but not a lot of phone app development demands up here and besides friends and family haven't really had anyone test, so to hear its not a pile from a stranger is nice.
I have some changes to make interface better for feeds and removing the amount of free toggles.
Interesting. Waiting on the Googke app.
Just downloaded and checked it out I think you did a killer job! It’s nice having one spot for all my moto stuff so I don’t have to hop around to different apps and such
Must add though I don’t seem to be seeing any articles or videos from vital mx? And under the feeds it only lists AUS SX, mxa, transworld and vice as potential filters. Do you plan on including more outlets later?
Vital should be able to be enabled for all feeds with premium but is a default for one of them I think.
Our feed does a pull every 15 minutes as well and i staggered them between pods, news, tube.
Everything is sorted by realtime as its suppose to be a feed, in the moment. Also when your in the articles, videos or pods, theres and additional drop down filter to let you just sort by one company. Down for any feedback you guys have
I thought i had all Moto News sites covered with feeds but always adding youtube channels and pods when i find them or get sent.
edit: just went and tested Vital, thumbnails for articles arent pulling in but we are golden! Set with each feed having vital and push notifications off.
As long as you leave off Dirtbikelover, Cooksey and the other youtube podcasters with their "i know a guy" videos with no real facts to their stories. You might have something really good.
This is the beauty of the App, if you want cooksey, turn him on in the app, if you want to follow and be notified when he posts turn that on. I do my best to weed out click bait but warn about channels im worried about validity
I'm looking forward to trying the Android version.
This is awesome
Just curious but is there a reason why the more mainstream pods aren’t on there? Pulp, whisky, DB etc…
Pulp network is all in there, pretty much every major website, pod and or youtube is in there. Whiskey isn not because they dont have a valid RSS feed. If I remember right
Did this kid just christopher columbus an RSS feed?
Great idea! But will I still be able to see post of guys who won a 6th place 2$ plaque in C class loretta area qualifier?
Pit Row
Great idea. Now you should branch out into MTB, too.
App looks impressive from the outside, any chance of adding Australia to the itunes store?
First off, I want to give a big thank you to ML and Vital for not deleting this thread. I understand this looks like a competitor, but I swear it's to get people engaged, drive ad revenue for you guys and other creators, and make it easy to discover new creators and new features from Vital and its competitors.
Second, a big thanks to the support; never did I imagine that some idea I had built for myself would get so much support. I expected 20 downloads and 1 or 2 to subscribe. The support has been unreal.
I am happy to announce that the Android version is live. Here.
A lot of changes to the app, more polished, Dark mode, see what FEEDS are new, better UX, and made it lighter.
However, there were some complaints that prices were too high. I sort of agreed. I run an agency with 15 employees, and taking the time to keep screwing with this app is time I can't afford to lose; my time is valuable—the time into the app I wanted to make up, the fees, and what I want to do.
I changed the Freemium version as it was confusing. Free users now have full access to the App for 30 minutes; this doesn't include time watching videos or listening to podcasts, just browsing and setting up push notifications. After 30 minutes, which should probably take you 4-7 days to use, it goes into a soft paywall for a 7-day trial. So essentially, two free trials to get used to the app and get you at home. After that, though, it's pay or play.
Initially, the idea was to set it high to raise money and bring in other APIs and more features sooner, then cut the price down over time and justify the time I take from my Agency. But the more people who use the app, the more excited I get and realize I don't care about the money.
So if I charge less but get more users, I will get the X API sooner or later and be able to take time off to build on the new features I want. The plan is more users, less price but also if a sponsor comes in to open it up for free even better but sponsors need users.
So after the holidays, it goes from 4.99 a month to 2.99, and from 49.99 a year to 24.99. EVERYONE WILL BE PRORATED. So if you sign up now, prorated, a month ago, prorated. If a sponsor makes it free, the same applies to refunds, but you will be forced into sponsored push notifications/content.
The next big feature is folding in the X API and making it chronological, live, like the order of the journalist's tweets, and you can choose who you want to follow or not, like the other feeds. BUT really, I want a raceday HUB: live timing and tweets showing on Saturday.
As I typed that, the next big thing will be being able to set Push notifications for Saturday till you set a turn-on back date, as who wants a push notification spoiling Ken Roczen won A1.
Also, there was a comment asking if I Columbused RSS feeds. Hell yeah, I did. I miss when the internet was simple, no spam, everything posted as it was live. Everything has been made before; somehow, RSS feeds have been left out of this. There are our good RSS feed apps, but they only have a few of our feeds for our sport, and they cost a lot. But you just can't hit RSS feeds as you used to, you will be blacklisted by the server, it's slow just to hit a feed or hit a DB for everything. The backend of what I built is the cool part of this --- Okay nerd out.
Somehow Keefer testing feed doesnt uodate on front page, maybe you could add feature to report bugs in app? Just downloaded app. Great idea anyway, seems FB useless currently and this will help to find news.
I just downloaded the app to my iPad, pretty cool. This old guy likes it. Good job.
Thank you for bringing this up.
The app is meant to be in the moment. After 3 days, articles get deleted. There are 2–20 Articles/Features/Brand PRs posted a day, and I’m not going to save everyone’s PRs.
MXVice, Motocross Planet, and Gatedrop — I'm not saying they have the same guy working for them, but at 3 AM AKST, each site posts the same damn article, and I get every notification.
HOWEVER, for Keefer, there was a clause to keep his content as it's more of a review, which I'd like to add to the app.
Pods, I do archive as it's a single source, and I want you to be able to search "For a fucking Tickle" and have it bring up the Pulp episode and timestamp. However, those are one true source.
I have thought of adding a bug submission area to the app. There is only so much room on a phone. But anything you have, DM me here or info@snkindustries.com
EDIT: Keefer now works on Articles and sites with no new updates for the last 3 days don't show in the filter.
Last time I will spam this thread. Thank you again, ML and Vital, for allowing me to share and not "clippy clippy" me. I can't find the person who requested it, but I know he said he saw it here. Also, sorry for the tongue-tied speech. I was shooting for Balmers Peak, and I think I overshot a bit.
Edit: I was really worried about this app ruining race weekends for me with spoilers and had this pat on the back if i say so myself and added live timing on racedays
