The Chad Reed 2025 AMA Hall of fame induction is a must watch - definitely worthy of your time (you tube). At a few points during his speech, he mentions a greater involvement in AMA Supercross - what do you think he is hinting at....?

forming a security company to guard hospitality displays?
Maybe rider safety, or over seeing track prep?
Yes, this is my understanding/guess.

I definitely get the vibe he may be on the gate for A1.
He does need to complete that going away tour that was cut short by covid
Probably something similar to what Ezra Lusk is doing if I had to take a guess.
Gonna take down the inside drug ring
There has been whispers lately that he is thinking about bringing 22 motorsports back and riding a Kawi for next years SX season. Normally when there's smoke there's fire.
Ummm..I doubt it. Reedy has an ego as big as all outdoors, but I believe he's also wise enough to know he's not young any more and doesn't want to be embarrassed. I could definitely see him partnering with Yamaha for a "new" Team 22 that would support younger riders though...
More time to close the case on who stole the TwoTwo tablecloth.
cant believe it hasnt been said already. riders union
Hope he gets some premix ready for that ‘04 YZ. Just do a parade lap and throw a few whips & a nac nac
You’re right about the ego, but he’s been removed long enough that, if he came back, I think he would have the ability to be realistic and just enjoy it. But yea….suffering for top 15s week in week out sounds rough. Maybe a one race hoorah for grins at A1. Reedy loves moto too much to stay away I think.
He’ll do anything they’ll let him do to stay relevant.
Working with the team at Club?
Working for feld next year. Also he’s building his own Sx track at club
Pit Row
Whatever he does, I'm glad he's not going anywhere.
I watched the whole program. The opening sucked me in! There may have been some tears shed for these deserved folks. I was watching alone and their passion was humbling, for sure.
Was Colin Edwards drunk or is that his personality? I liked that he got called out like Kanye (the T Swift deal) LOL
He is on the motocross amatuer commission and has been all summer i believe. He has some great insight on how kids and racing was done over on the otherside of the world as a kid. Much MUCH different then how it's done in the USA. Has brought that knowledge to the commission and there are many things that can improve the sport.
as far as the question. I am sure he will announce when it's time. Safe to say as I sat and listened to his ideas in the meeting he is a rider who today has "skin" in the game (his kids) and wants to contribute to the sport in a way that is positive. He sat in the meeting with all of us from 9:30am til around 3pm on friday.
