Old news maybe, but where do you think he`s going eventually?
Harder to get a deal when he doesn't want to ride SX I guess.

From 3:05 btw:

its a shame, he has allot of decent results. ofcourse he is no tomac or herlings, but how many can reach that level anyway. and he will be without a contract in mxgp.  nice to know for the youth why not to become a pro rider. mx needs a role model so the youth wants to ride aint that worth something?

Would be super cool to see him on a Suzuki again after all this time. At this point, I’m sure he’s getting paid well but Seewer should just head over with him and also reunite

He's got Red Bud figured out...🤔

Homeboy is 34 years old.  That’s a pretty advanced age to move to a new country and learn a new bike, team, and tracks.  I can’t feature a podium-capable team rolling the dice one this, especially after the Prado fiasco.  Maybe as a fill in?  Hope I’m proven wrong.

Guillod will be 33 in december. Age was not a problem for him this summer.

He can certainly come in shape, and have the bike sorted by the time outdoors roll around.  The format, heat, and tracks will be a challenge.

If Coldenhoff wants to bust his butt to ride for no money for a second rate team, I’m confident that he’s capable of a top 10 finish like Guillod, but why bother at 35?

Cairoli has earned the right to a farewell tour on a proper factory team.  I don’t see Coldenhoff landing the same deal.

That makes sense.

He's mentioned wanting to do a full outdoor season in the US before finishing off his career. IIRC, he even said he'd be willing to do it as a privateer if he had to.

HEP Suzuki is not anymore a second rate team. Don't forget they gave a ride to Paturel this summer.

I think it’s been said he might rode for the HEP team outdoors which would make sense with Kenny and Anderson being SX only. Maybe Coldenhoff and Patreul outdoors only? It’s gotta make some kind of financial sense for Coldenhoff I’d think because he has a wife and a kid, or maybe he’s set himself up well enough that he could take a ride for little money and knock the ama outdoor series off his bucket list.

I wouldn't call HEP a second rate team at least not anymore. Unless you are just another of those Suzuki bashers on here.

He doesn’t have a deal for next year in Europe, so he’s not walking away from a ton of money to come race here.

I think I saw maybe ML speculate to that but I could be off. I’d also think at this point in Andersons career he would be looking at SX only stuff and HEP would probably give him that to have his and Kenny’s names attached to their programs.

Makes sense for HEP as a team to ride sx and select 3 or 4 rounds outdoors and playoffs. Would be cool to see Coldenoff to finish his career over here outdoors.

RJ moved to the 450 class at 48 years of age and he is looking great. Age is just a number.

Everyone questioning the ride and where he will fit in. These euro lads just want a change of scenery and to come to America and live a dream. They will sort what needed sorting like Guillod this year. Stock bike didn’t hold him back.

Spot on. I think most of them would regret it their whole life if they didn't take the chance, let the guy enjoy his last years of his career!

I watched Glenn crash. Came down right on his tailbone. Every time the mule moved he was cringing in pain. Flagger didn't even have his flag out. Gutted for Glenn. Total bullshit

It’s gonna be hard for him to ride tomorrow. Where’s Jeffrey? Wasn’t he supposed to fill in if one of the others couldn’t make it?

Even if he were at the race, it's too late to switch riders.

I’d say it’s because it’s something that he’s always wanted to do, put a check on that box of things to do before ya can’t!
