I was pretty gutted after Saturday losing Haiden and Chase, especially considering I'm going to the event. I was about ready to stomp my feet like a child, "I dont even wanna go! Waaah!" 😂 I've calmed down and actually feel pretty good about an Eli, RJ, and JCoop squad. Props to JCoop who has always answered the call as far as I can remember. Outside of last year, when he was getting married. Even setting aside the ego to ride the 250 when hes been on a 450 longer than RJ. Lets go USA
Now get rid of Peletier as the manager this guy is spineless and his high five energy is more like a mid waist fist touch. Having a politician in charge of MXoN is lame he can't even explain red flag races without making you fall asleep. And now the HUGE 5 point penalty - prob because 38 was on his team. We need a real manager with some fire and not a sideline penalty explainer like the NFL. A name not brought up but I think would make a great manager would be Brandon Haas of Club MX.
Jcoops had the longest season of anyone being the only one making every race. Stepping in last minute, and bumping down to a 250, dude deserves some respect for answering the call.

Is it official? RJ and J Coop on the 250? If so I think we still have a shot. I imagine AUS is the favorite now, but I think J Coop can go toe to toe with any 250 rider, and you know RJ will send it. With a little luck, who knows?
I haven't seen it anywhere official yet, so I guess should have added if he does answer the call. Throwing my optimism out there, as I agree that team is our best option.

Duh, the post I quoted, said “Deegan out there saying he’s still going to MXoN if his PT goes good this week”. All I was saying was that the AMA shouldn’t give him that leverage. They should step in and make the decision. It should be theirs, not his, as his words imply.
I agree. It's unfair to the other riders and teams who will have to likely cancel vacations and figure out logistics. This late into it they need to make a decision and live with it.
2024 Deegan:
I can't race because I have to get a minor surgery to get things removed in order to get ready for SX.
2025 Deegan:
I would think riding with a plated collarbone two weeks after it was broken is a bigger risk than having a plate removed on a wrist you rode the entire season with.

100%... And my comment on the shit show is the AMA bumbling and fumbling around trying to figure out what to do. But the Deegan nut huggers are going to downvote the shit out of us.
From a riding perspective only, I think Deegan with any negative effect at all (mental or physical) of the repaired collar bone is a worse choice than JCoop.

Like many many others have said man, Seth is having shoulder surgery today, which is far more difficult to recover from than a collarbone. He's already looking at East SX so he's out. It's Eli, RJ and JCoop. And I agree, Sexton needs to rest.

Yep, I think it was ML that said it was today... I'm surprised how many times I still see people say send Seth on various social media sites.
There is no way Deegan will be as fast as Cooper, let alone be able to hang practices and both motos, so soon after surgey. Gajser did it and he was 70% speed first race back - which I thought was incredible.
