All I hear are crickets from our moto media. If you see my posts you know my opinion but that's not the point. Can our weak sauce media even make a tiny little attempt to get an interview with these two? For God's sake if it were almost any other sport someone would have had a camera and a microphone in their faces immediately. The moto media seems like a parasite that is so dependent on the host that it is afraid to do anything that might ruffle feathers.
Ac and JB pod is literally having Kitchen and Deegans mechanic on today.
Kitchen on PulpMX tonight
Neither were available post race, some outlets have them on today, as mentioned above.
That didnt age well.

DeCal Works Huge Plastic Inventory of UFO and Polisport kits.
Didn't age well? They're going to talk to mechanics and have Levi on the Pulp echo chamber? Lol.
Did anyone even try? We have probably the biggest shit storm all year and we get nothing.
Bro it’s Monday
I think anyone that follows the sport knows deegan dodges media when things don't go his way. We have levi on 2 different shows starting today. Levi made a post. Apparently deegan has been silent and says he's staying silent. I think that's the best thing he can do at this point.
Michael Antonovich left his seat early to head back to the pits to see if anything was going to happen. Nothing was said or done.
Deegan:
“It was an alright day. I won the first moto and got into a little altercation in the second one. It is what it is. It’s racing. We’ve got one round to go. Let’s see what we can do.”
Exactly
Bro lives for his WWE drama boy deegs. GIVE HIM THE CONTENT NOW.
I’m sure team Deegs will call into pulp tonight 😂
You're kinda embarrassing yourself, man. An aggressive block pass gone wrong happens weekly in supercross. That wasn't in the top 25 of shit storms this year.
I like the response from both. Public statements on SM are to be taken with a grain of salt but both are saying the same thing, its fucking racing and shit happens, let's move on to next week
Maybe not this year, but last year. I’ll add that deegan running Davies off the track at last years denver round was a minor shit storm for a championship in the west coast battle, with major boos. I don’t really care but Levi obviously expected to not crash and have a chance at the $500k just like deegan was willing to make a high risk move on Cole. I personally love the aggressiveness.
Side note: I’d do anything for that helmet kitchen has. Anyone know how to poach a pro helmet? That thing is so so nice!!
No one knows what Kitchen was doing. I could see if he was racing him but… They’ll deal with it outside of the media I guess. SMX doesn’t really matter though.
Something like 7 posts up he posted on instagram and told you what he was doing? He wants the money and that was what I gathered…..
Pit Row
Oh he was racing? He’s gotta justify it I guess - try to stay relevant
I have no dog in the fight, but my observation over the last year or so is the main media players tip toe around Degan and are careful not to pile on because they are going to have to deal with his camp for the years to come. Its called self preservation.
You're all overlooking the fact that Danger Boy is more important than the moto media.
Relax buddy. It wasnt the last time Deegan gets punted. Plenty opportunities for the media ahead of us!
First lap of a race, everyone is relevant. He may have knocked him out of $500k? And put more money in his pocket? Smart play with deegan shit talking on Levi. The announcers kept saying someone would have to step up.
Yeah, Deegan’s a sh-t kid but Kitchen hasn’t really raced all season and then does a move like that? I have no problem with Deegan getting taken out but it was pretty random. It didn’t look like he was even trying to make it around.
Where have you been? This isn’t random. They don’t like each other.
I’m not saying it’s random like that. I’m saying kitchen hasn’t been that aggressive all season and hardly racing for any top spots, and then all of a sudden out of nowhere he gets super aggressive in one turn?
If Kitchen took out anyone else there wouldn't be this much uproar because its princess Deegan everyone is milking it until its dry.
The main person I want to see do a move like that on Deegan is Shimoda. He’s faster than Deegan a lot of times but gets too scared to pass him on the inside.
I’ve tried to explain this. This isn’t a championship, even tho they pretend it is. It’s a 3 race money race. Why don’t the fans understand the significance. It’s all money.
Opinions differ, but the rider's own reactions alone show that it's not that big of a deal. I'm not going to go all TMZ and put all my effort and time into getting one quote on a nothing burger. We have other content that reaches into the races and other topics going on, so we continued with our workflow.
Yes, our staff and others tried. Neither was brought to the media pen; both riders left early, and nothing happened after the race of note between either party. Statements were straightforward and thin by each through their team or social media.
Based on the overall reaction in votes against your post, I think you can even see that you're in a minority of those who really care or are looking for more from this. You can't create much out of a nothing burger of a story.
Levi pulled an aggressive move that failed; both riders have shrugged it off. Star did their duty in trying to protest, the AMA gave Levi his warning, and neither team seems to care much beyond that. Levi put a little weight into the incident in the start practice, earlier in the day, and that was about it.
In our post-race show, Lewis and I debated the pass, lines, etc, and moved on. There's no real drama at this point to discuss without conjuring it up from nowhere just to create clicks.
