Personally, I'd venture to say that everything you experience from the time your born to the time you die forms your political opinions. That's why I champion trying to experience as much as you can as it pertains to the world you live in (travel, volunteer, try different jobs, try different hobbies, different ideologies, religions, etc.) because the only way you'll really understand anything is to walk in everything's shoes. Which, yes I know, is impossible to walk in everything's shoes, but the more people you date the better understanding you'll have about yourself, what's wrong / right with what you thought you wanted, and what you actually want.

I am not dragging this conversation into the theological realm, I am only mentioning it to explain why I changed my view on others and their opinions.

The more I do to try and connect with the world and the people in it the more I seem to connect with the world and the people in it; sometimes it's amazing, sometimes it's awful, but I always learn something from the experience and the more it rounds out my views of this little planet we live on and the dumb people who live on it (myself included).
