This has always been a matter of speculation around here.  Dungey did less work with Baker.  RV worked with a few guys over the years,  was clearly missing piece of the puzzle, even though he was fast in 2010.  RC made a jump of speed, and fitness come the 2001 season.

The more I learn about training,  I do think these guys are underfed.  Red meat isn't the enemy, you can be lean while still eating enough to recover.

As far as the IV thing,  yes, it should 100% be legal.

2001?

2001 was the first year RC laid the wood to MC.  After pairing with Aldon in 2000.

Damn, if only he would eat less and be even thinner then he would have enough energy to last a moto. Aldons program is borderline retarded. AP looks like a breeze would blow him over.

He's probably so hungry he's gonna start tearing at his own skullet searching for food...

No kidding, they are adults. Do they have a curfew and need to stay on the premises at all times when training there? Go get a steak or pizza every now and then, they are burning enough calories each day to enjoy a meal or two

That weirdo Aldon probably 'tests' them the next day checking to see if they have any steak in their systems...

Adrenal glad controls water/sodium levels which and really jack you up if the levels are off. You'd think these factory guys would have nutritionists to keep all their levels in check but who knows. The whole "salt bad" thing is true to a point but cells need sodium to function so if you have an imbalance it will sideline you for sure.

It was probably those damn vaccines though!!!!

I saw on his  gram it started with a sinus infection.  It didn’t look like he had a bad one .  I get them bad your eyes get puffed up , watery & areas of your sinuses swell up .  Lungs can get jacked up if it’s real bad one. He said his numbers where off . What ever that means .  He’s pushing all kinds of merch on his gram. I,m sure we,ll see him on a infomercial for a sinus flushing machine soon.  Just kidding he’s cool IMG 4013

It would almost be funny at this point if it weren't for the fact that these are professional athletes and it's just such a terrible look for the sport to be so behind the times on this stuff.....

Thank you for that link. Been thinking that for years

No...he made a post on Instagram stating he was out for the remainder of outdoors...but fantasy hasn't been updated for other riders that are racing...like Mcelrath and Kyle Webster...

The Vitalmx experts at it again.  This time the villain is Aldon Baker.  The experts in medical, clinical, coaching, riding, psychological, and even cutting edge physics are here to tell you what's up.  And if you disagree, they will validate their own opinions with a downvote.

He said he eats a lot it’s the way his body is.  I agree I eat a ton before bed spend 3 hrs in the morning pigging out . I can’t get back to my 172 reg wt I was for 30+ yrs.  I,m 152-156 now I even asked a dr Thursday.  She said 50+ yr olds hv a hard time keeping there previous wt on .  I,m too active I burn the calories off.  Twice I come off the rd & I was 178 once & 194.  My legs where real skinny upper body super pumped up like a body builder.  That’s trucking my pics get deleted today . It’s Really freaky the difference.  The 50+ gut is from beer your liver can be 5 times the size .
