I think it's a big problem, but constantly apparent, that people who know very little, always think they know a lot due to the fact they simply don't know very much. The people who know the most, and are experts in any field, always are the ones that will admit to how little they know. They know how vast the knowledge base is. Unlike a turd like Ping, who I've seen wade in on a whole bunch of medical related topics, just because he has some kind of certificate in first responding from his fire fighter job. I would venture to say his knowledge of politics in any sophisticated sense is non-existence also. As for GL, all he knows is where to get the cheapest and strongest liquor. And even then his wet brain struggles to figure it out.

When you see the moto guys trying to talk politics they think that because theyre an expert in one field that means their opinion on other things matters too. It becomes pretty apparent though after a few seconds that they have no idea wtf theyre talking about.
