Badass pad. Love seeing all the memorabilia.
Beautiful home
The really should have listed it $250k higher so it could have been $2.2M.
He has quite the helmet collection. Don’t think I’ve seen that many in one room before.
That flooring in the garage is so clean. Is that stuff slippery?

My wife said she'd move there in a heartbeat. The bank laughed. 🤣
It never really dawned on me how much a 2 million dollar home actually is until I saw the 12K monthly payment.. Zoiks!
Very nice home, and nice to see touches of faith in there, it's always fun to see how people you look up to like this actually live.
Very nice. One of the rewards of a very successful moto career.
I know from watching their youtube videos they weren't allowed to actually build a "track" but could ride on the land, using its natural layout. Cool to be able to be all in as a family and chase their dreams and keep moving all around, even if it doesn't work out.
No mention of the land being used as a mx track at all. Makes you wonder if it would be an issue going forward with new occupants? I know Chad had issues with a lawsuit and a neighbor years ago. Weird that the new shop was buitl in 2025 and now they decide to sell. I guess the price reflects the money put into the new shop. Different to see the air compressor on the outside of the shop as well. Good for noise inside, but with rain and sun, it probably won't last as long outside in the elements. $12K per month is only if you're putting 20% down. I would imagine most buyers would have more than that, so the payment could be in the $6k-$8k per month range and manageable.
I thought he had built a paved karting track somewhere on the property a while back? I don't see any traces of it.
I don't understand why you'd photograph the bikes in the place, people now have the address and the belief there is possibly bikes there. If there aren't, then take up to date photos without the bikes, or unwanted visitor could come visiting.
Interest rates are not kind currently.
No, he built that at a site that wasn't at his house, that was sort of the thing at the time, the neighbor was pissed about the noise and made the point it wasn't even his backyard he was making noise for, he lived about 20 mins drive away. The kart track is at the site now known as 'The Dog Pound' which is owned by the Lawrences now: https://maps.app.goo.gl/wETTnjUnyWSx3mhe6
I hope the Reeds finds what they are looking for in SC. The amount of moving they do must be hard on the kids.
One, sure it has security systems. Two I’m sure he’s insured. Three you have Chad Reed money, yeah it would suck to get your stuff stolen but you aren’t going to sweat it
Unless you are talking about different picture, that’s a generator
The dormers on the front are too skinny, don’t fit with the home exterior. Other than that, pretty sweet set up!

Pit Row
I didn't notice how skinny they were and now I can't unsee it!
10k in property tax for 2 mil. home on 10 acres!
Tree fiddy.
First I hear of a chlorine free saltwater pool.
The compound is awesome, but the scenery around it, is not.
