Definitely does. Zealots on both sides are unhinged. I don't stress about the left zealots as much because I never had any common ground with them and expected nothing of them. It's disappointing to me that many people who are in many ways like minded have given up so much to support one personality, and that's why I tend to get more frustrated with the blind support of him. Conservatives used to be the principled ones and those principles were ones I believed in. Many of the people who used to agree with me on principled issues have tossed all of that aside to support one guy who by any objective measure is not someone to be admired. Hopefully people will recommit to those principles when they realize they've been conned but I'm not confident it will ever happen.

I dunno. You come across as very left leaning.

Prove me wrong. Begin.

List a single time I've advocated for a left wing position.

Recognizing that Trump sucks is not left wing.

As far as policy goes I'm well to the right of orange man......

Mindbaffling. A super rich guy takes advantage of his position to make a dubious move that'll most likely make him even more rich and middle class people not only not question it, but defend him from critisizm.

Trump does not suffer from “analysis paralysis”. His response to many issues can be viewed as knee-jerk, and the 747 is no exception.  He understands the aircraft is a transaction, not a strategy, and can be rescinded with a flick of the wrist. It’s a somewhat frustrating approach that defies political and corporate norms, but then again, that’s part of his appeal.

Bribery of political figures has existed for centuries.  But when it’s as public as this, is it still bribery?  Love him or hate him, that dude will jump on anything that keeps his name in the headlines.

Well, I’m not going to do your homework for you, just making a comment how you come across sometimes. Then again, I could be wrong.

That's kind of the problem with both sides these days. If you don't race to the extremes or dare to break with the party occasionally you get accused of supporting the other side. It's nonsense but it's been good for business for many in politics and media.

You sir, are awesome.  I'm on the other side of the fence but I've been leaning on it most of my life.  Close enough for a handshake, cup a Joe, and bullshit session.

Hilarious that you use that as your example.

He's not curing cancer, he's cutting funding for research on it.

Legal team? Who needs them? Its not like he's going to comply with anything anyway.

His strategy is

1. Do something illegal

2. claim its legal

3. Claim its good for the country so it doesn't matter

4. Attack anyone who disagrees.

5. Ignore any and all rulings against him.

Rinse, repeat

You're missing the point — it was a hypothetical, just like Truck's was. The point is that political bias can cause people on both sides to defend or attack things irrationally, depending on who’s doing it. If we can't acknowledge that, we're just talking past each other.

I got the point, it was just funny to me that that was the example you chose.

It's wild to me that so many of you aren't smart enough to see that, so many come here and run their mouth about how the other team just repeats the bullshit they are told to repeat all the while being too stupid to realize they are doing the same thing but for their team.

There are only about 5 people here that are man enough to acknowledge that, the rest are just blind followers slinging mud at the other team cause that's what they are told to do.

Repub media? What FoxNews? Lol There is no conservative media except through non mainstream.

Either way, even though I don’t agree with all the lib msm posters, it’s still good to have back and forth. And yes, there is stuff about Trump that all of us could disagree with, but there is some good stuff happening too.

Here's the road map for Trump becoming the world's wealthiest person. Just over 100 days and he's already closing in on the title. The corruption is just stunning.

I knew lifting the  Assad regime sanctions was coming after Assad was outed.

However, the whole thing is very strange.  The Saudi 's  & Turkey both want the US to have good relations with Syria. The better their relations are with the USA and the West in general ,the less of an Iranian influence they'll have to deal with.

As far as the Trump Hotel goes LOL       Parts of Syria (coastal areas) are very pretty ,dont get me wrong.    However,I dont foresee him having a  successful Trump Hotel or resort there - it isn't ideal for tourism at this time. They might do something as a land mark - symbolic gesture which would piss off Iran. Or even just talk about it and threaten to do it.

But like I said it's strange.  It should be interesting to see how this plays out(bluff or not).

I understand his desire.

And I doubt some of those nations over there will ever rise up above their dark ages, destroy everyone not like them, mindset.

(Iran, and Syria in particular)

But the clip posted above was still the typical type of twisted media bullshit

YEAH -  They try to make it look like he's lifting sanctions so he can get a free hotel built and rake in millions of dollars off war torn Syrian tourism.

But I don't believe that's the case.  LOL

I'm sure he could find a better location and a more secret sweeter deal if he wanted to. lol

Trying to get the Saudi's and Israel together is in our best interest.

Schmoozing the Saudi's to hopefully lower oil prices even further, helps us, hurts Russia.

Not to mention bring more foreign investments into America.

So let's recap.

They give us an airplane.

Then soon after an order is placed for the biggest contract in Boeing's history.

As expected, Trump doesn’t just go visit, he makes a deal and doesn’t leave empty handed.
