I hate to take this to the internet but trying to find someone with Stark to actually talk to or get a response. Been over 2 months after paying in full for a bike that was supposed to ship in 1 week and can’t get any answers. If someone has a contact at stark share or message me their contact info.

2/24- paid in full the stark varg with delivery of 3/5

3/17 -Reach out to Mike(only # I could find with stark) looking for an update, he was very nice apologized and said he would get it shipped out

3/27- still nothing, reach out to Mike again and since I have had zero communication since. Tell him thanks for the help, but I just want my money back on the bike. (Would rather get a new 250f instead) He’s says no problem will get you a refund.

I have sent multiple emails through website with no response throughout and now Mike cell number is now (Tyler) with stark who doesn’t return calls. I was on the fence about even trying an electric bike but I’m just wondering if anyone else has had similar issues

I'm curious if something is going on over there, on the Facebook Stark groups I subscribe to I've seen a lot of people comment about being weeks between communication for technical support.

Something is definitely different on the support end - I got my bike about a week after ordering (November of last year) and had replies from technical support within minutes. Hopefully they're restructuring their support in a positive way.

This is not a good sign or a good look for any business. Hope things work out for you.

Sucks, did you go through their standard customer service on the website and if so, how long was that?

Their website shows that bikes ordered now will be delivered in late October.

Holy sh*t they do say that if you order 60 hp for the US, but 10 days for 80 hp (which doesn't make much sense given it's all software, for Europe it's one week either way).

OP did you order 60 hp or 80 hp?

I ordered the 80hp through starks website online. When I ordered on 2/24 it showed delivery of 3/5. I have reached out every possible avenue on getting in contact with someone with no luck. I’m hoping someone on here knows the right person to reach out to.

Wonder if the tarrifs have something to do with movement.

Tarrifs are affecting shipping, a couple sites I usually order from put a block on shipping to my location now.

The no contact or response isn't good, that would piss me off.

I’d shoot a note to theycallmemynamebrianthatsmyname. He’s the local boots on the ground rep. All things electric.

I had one. Customer service was usually pretty responsive and helpful. Major difference from any other motorcycle manufacturer.

That’s good, any idea what happened to @Moto351 ’s bike?

Makes sense if you want people to pay more for same product with different software loaded.

OP, did you pay with credit card? Might be able to get them involved.

It now says July 13th for new orders, 60 hp or 80 hp.

OP, you didn't get any answer when you contacted their customer service from the support link in the website?

Yeah glitchy as hell now it says October but if you click order now it says delivery May 12th.

This has been inconsistent for some time but I'm surprised OP didn't get an answer, through customer service you usually get a generic answer in a couple of days, if you enter your order reference and follow up you should then get a more precise answer. Hence why I'm asking when he sent messages cause most owners say they answer fast through this channel. To understand what the issue is it could be helpful to know if they did answer what was the answer.

I think estimated delivery for new orders is relevant because it tells you if it's an inventory/import issue or not.

Just trying to understand the issue and see if it relates to anything I would have already seen online, trying to help if I can, that's all. I like electric bikes, I don't work for Stark (they can't afford me 😆).

Edit: did you ask for direct delivery, is Ekho involved and have you had answers from them?

Regardless if you’re selling popsicles and lemonade on a sidewalk or $11,000 dirt bikes, customer service means everything. Ghosting your customers is a gigantic red flag and not a good look.

Like Beagle, I have no official connection with Stark. I'm just really into electric MX bikes. I wish I could be more help. The reply above me, if Austin( 7eleven) is saying he can help, I'm sure he can help. Send him a PM.

I have no good explanation for why they wouldn't refund You right away while You are on the phone.  Is there anything in the agreement or paperwork You did that specifies the timeframe of a refund if an order is canceled?

I'm really sorry that they dropped the ball. Hopefully 7eleven can help get You sorted out. Bummer You are not going through with the purchase. Riding the Varg I had a quick ride on was the most fun I've had in years. And if not for certain things in life, I would have gotten one right after that ride. So much fun, best bike I have ever ridden.

Sorry to disappoint you and not have something to help out the OP.

Hope that the OP gets things sorted out and gets whichever bike he will enjoy riding the most.

Hopefully that means things got sorted out. Either way I hope he returns and posts what the issue was. So that other people may be able to avoid whatever the problem was that resulted in all of the issues.

OH boy. Here we go again.

Time for another 25 million injection.

Edit: Maybe I missed it but I thought all bikes going forward where going to be 80HP.

Looks like it must take insider action to get anything done. Like an ex national regular like Austin Squires (much respect) or Brian Haskell.

Curious, how long until it's considered theft?

Paid in full (wired internationally), no product, no communication.

Doesn't look great on Stark's part.
