Thrill Seekers has a ton of “color-ways” to choose from and some cool colabs .
I love my MotoSeat covers! I think they have just the right amount of grip. They have lots of options & colors for custom seat covers & offer whole seats as well.
I can’t believe how long they’ve held up for me, plus the support was good….
I've never used a thrill seekers seat cover, but I'd definitely support them, cool husband and wife duo.
Pro-Pleat here in Australia are my go to!

Thrill Seekers!
,”I have 3 bikes in the garage all with guts.
My trail bike at my lake house has a Srike Seat out Australia which is a really good seat too. They ship to the US, good price even with shipping.
I was a SDG fan but have switched to Thrill Seekers and love it. Very similar by comparison if you cut down to it. I don’t run ribs, just full gripper.
I buy the 15 sqft sheets of guts seat cover material on Motosport for $40. The larger diamond material is the perfect amount of grip, and I get about 4-5 full seat covers per sheet. For me, it is easier to install these seat covers as well because you don't have to line anything up, and the material is stretchy, which allows the cover to match the contour of the seat very well. Each cover only costs $8-$12.
The material is very durable and have never had any issues
i still lust over mid 80's DMC Blue and Green Seast covers on KX80's
D’Cor. One of the best-fitting options available and they last…
I have like 120 hours of mud, sand and pressure washing on a GUTS cover and it looks new still.
Seat concepts offroad stuff is really good too maybe slightly more aggressive grip than the GUTS their tall seat shape is really good.
My favorite seat cover was a Technosel on my CR250.
I’ve got well over 150 engine hours on a motoseat cover that still looks fantastic. Used in lots of off-road/GNCC conditions, still looks great and has kept my OEM seat foam in great condition.
Guts, SDG, D'Cor in that order. D'Cor looked good but would only get about 50 hours before I started to get some wear around where my knee braces would rub. All of the mentioned are quality covers.
SDG fan here. Production seats are high quality and Jeff doesn’t shy away from custom work to keep customers happy.
I love the customization of Thrill Seekers seat covers. They are super nice! Guts also of course has great seat covers !
I love what GUTS does for the sport, but their seats tear my ass up. If you’re looking for the ultimate grip, they definitely get the job done, especially if you add the RJ wings.
My go-to are Thrill Seekers though. Customizable and just enough grip without having me walk like I just left prison 😂
Pit Row
Backyard Design! I mainly used to use Moto Seat. Every time I’d order from them they would somehow get notes attached to the order from a previous order and send the seat cover made incorrectly. They did take care of it though. Thrill Seekers is meh IMO. Not very grippy. Guts has been ok. Not the strongest in my experience.
MotoSeat...we obviously have a color theme LOL
My old 92 KX250
my '07 KX250
Ceet Racing made a ton of colorful seat covers back in the day. You can still get some of them made if you direct contact them.
Now that most current dirtbikes come with grip seat covers, I love the OEMs.
Back in the day, when seats looked like skating rinks... Tecnosel, Ceet and MXA made great stuff.
1 gripper
This guy likes my custom motoseat seat cover with 3 ribs...
We have been having Motoseat make our branded covers for us for years now. They have been amazing to work with. Their material is a little stickier and softer than the Guts materials. We sell Guts covers too and people love them too. They can sometimes take a while to get used to. And Your but has to break in, and get used to the extra sharp diamond texture. Both Motoseat and Guts are great companies and have been FAST to fix any of the very few issues that have come up over the years. I have installed 100's of Motoseat made covers and a good amount of Guts covers. I find the Motoseat covers easier to install. I love the idea of the Velcro cover. I've done a bunch of those too.
I plan on using a guts instead of my own branded covers I have made for me, on the display bike I'm going to build. I'll use a Velcro cover so I can have multiple color combos and swap the covers back and forth instead of having multiple full seats. I'll have 3 or so sets of plastic with different designs on them so I can rotate them. And if I'm ever able to get to another race and have a display setup, I'll be able to swap out the look of the bike for each day I'm at the race on a multy day race weekend.
I would say the Motoseat covers are between OEM and Guts for traction levels they provide. They have a great range of color options If You want the ultimate grip, go guts. If You want added grip , but not so much that your but will feel like You have 80 grit sandpaper for underwear ( until You get used to it) get the Motoseat made cover. I assume that they make covers for many other graphics companies. So even Your local graphics company might just have their covers built by Motoseat , or Guts. Guts will not build seat covers with their diamond texture for rebranding , but they do offer a service for graphics companies too. Guts has a ton of options for full seats . Foam density, height, lightweight options. Along with some customizing colors of the cover. Motoseat offers more options for customizing the covers , and fewer options for the full seat builds. I think they only offer standard height on their full seats. But I have not checked in a while.
I have GUTS on one bike and Thrill seekers on my other, both 23+ KTM. After washing the thrill seekers seat will be water logged, the guts will not.
Will be removing the Thrill seekers cover and replacing it with a GUTS. Of all my TS covers they all have allowed water to make its way into the foam.
The guts material is much more “grippy” also and higher quality in general to my eyes.
