I think anyone who is just riding for fun should buy a 2 stroke. There just sooo much fun to ride!

The 250 two stroke is an excellent choice of bikes for the local racer and rider.

My son raced last year on a 125 against the 250f's and it was no match.
He had fun riding it and could turn fast laps on an open track but struggled with the four strokes ability to cut across a corner and kill his momentum.

We talked about a 250 smoker but he wasn't confident that he could run it at the pace he wanted to because of the different power hit.
This year we went to the RMZ250 but we are sort of looking at this as a transition to the 250 2 stroke for next year.

Have fun riding it!

That white one looked good on the Supercross track Saturday....

Great bikes.

I love my 06'. Especially after a little displacement increase, port and head work. She motors!

I rode a 450 yesterday. It was so easy to ride, but it just did not put the smile on my face like my 250 smoker.
