Dude...you have no idea.

I have 4  32" screens and Vital is open on all of them, but different threads so I can respond within seconds.

I'm looking into getting 2 more screens.

Thanks for acknowledging the struggle. 😎

I also asked AI to comment on the professionalism:

"From a professional standpoint, his statement is highly emotional, deeply personal, and lacks the level of restraint typically seen in corporate or media settings. While it’s clear that he is passionate and feels wronged, his approach could be seen as unfiltered, confrontational, and somewhat impulsive rather than measured and strategic.

Pros (Professional Aspects):

Transparency & Accountability:

He acknowledges past mistakes, particularly in not being fully honest with fans.

He takes responsibility for his decisions and explains his reasoning.

Commitment to Fans & Future Plans:

He reassures fans of his continued involvement in Supercross media through Main Event Moto and Supercross University.

He clearly outlines what he intends to do next rather than dwelling solely on past grievances.

Authenticity:

His raw honesty makes it relatable for fans who value directness.

He avoids excessive legal or corporate jargon, making it easier to understand.

Cons (Unprofessional Aspects):

Emotionally Driven & Potentially Damaging:

The statement is heavily emotional, with moments of anger and frustration directed at specific individuals.

He describes almost knocking someone out, which could be perceived as aggressive and inappropriate.

He uses language like "douchy call," "clueless," and other phrases that may not reflect well on him in a professional setting.

Burning Bridges & Public Criticism of Colleagues:

He directly criticizes high-profile figures (Lee Diffey, Ricky Carmichael, NBC executives) and implies corruption or favoritism.

Publicly attacking former colleagues could make it difficult for him to work in broadcasting again if he ever wanted to return.

Lack of Strategic Communication:

Instead of controlling the narrative with a composed statement, he unloads all his frustrations in one go.

He acknowledges that people advised him to "move on" but chose to publicly vent instead.

Verdict:

While this statement connects with fans and expresses his raw emotions, it is not professional by traditional standards. A more composed and strategically worded message would have helped him share his truth without sounding bitter or burning bridges. Instead, his approach may alienate potential future employers or partners while reinforcing existing tensions in the Supercross community.

If his goal was to exit broadcasting permanently and fully commit to his independent ventures, then this approach may work for him. However, if he ever wants to work in the industry again, this statement could be a major liability."

Not everyone can be the corporate animal you are. Bootlicking isn't acceptable to some people. It seems you are in a position of authority and the thought of anyone questioning authority hurts your feelings.

Ricky steps in at 12:33 for anyone who hasn't watched this yet. Wow, what a cork soaker.

But now we now know from Blair’s statement that not only was there professional friction in the week leading to the segment, but that it was a negative enough moment that he opted to never shoot another Blair’s Breakdown.

When he starts with the fans golden boy shit. That’s when you know it was personal and not a joke.

Perfect example why you're insufferable lol. One of the guys IN THE VIDEO has now publicly confirmed it was NOT ball busting, and you still think your opinion matters and then try to pre-deflect with your disingenuous attempt at self-deprecation.

RC's a big boy, the last thing he's worried about is getting 50 downvotes on a dumb message board.

Clint Bowyer is the RC equivalent on the NASCAR broadcast. I have always stood by the fact that I think Ricky does a really good job on podcasts, even on Title 24 Ricky just comes across so much more relaxed and genuine.

My theory is that he can’t walk and chew bubblegum while the producer is talking into his ear piece.

That’s the thing though: he seems to be behaving in a way that shows he is tenderly sensitive to fan reaction.

I haven't watched Blairs video and I most likely won't....but I get what you're saying.        Only reason I brought it up is because you see a lot of the moto guys digging on each other (in fun).

One thing I've learned over the years....there are two sides to every story.

look at the body language of them both, this wasn't two buds ripping on each-other.

also the awkward chuckles from the VIP group.

He often responds to them. He’ll say, “oh” or “ok” randomly through the broadcast or just pauses mid sentence while he is performing his analysis.

The 2025 SuperBroadcastCross World Championship! More shocking drama than a Victor Newman death on "Young and the Restless".

It's hard for anyone getting dragged through the mud. And what I mean by that is if you have ever pushed a wheel barrow imagine you put mud in the wheel barrow so it's heavier which makes it harder which means, well, it is hard.

RC has the same platform(s) and more reach than DB.  He could easily defend himself if he wanted to.  I will give him credit for not being petty and blocking people the way Leigh Diffey has.

RC (his team?) has been blocking people, there is a screenshot in an earlier post.

NBC televises plenty of higher profile sports he could have ascended the ladder with them. Usually companies aren’t deterred from people with big aspirations. Kind of what you look for.

DB was a wanna be/never was racer. Ricky is the GOAT. There is no arguing this. RC probably has more national championships than DB had race wins in his life. People on the outside, and many on the inside, want to listen to someone who has won...and Ricky won everything, regardless of their "eloquence" with the English language. RC has been there, done it and won it. DB simply found out the hard way what the pecking order is.

Race wins don’t mean anything if you can’t put together a coherent sentence.

No, but choosing to just ignore something(Blair’s latest video) and then opine on it is an interesting tactic.

That is an awesome video and just watched it again. DB is good, no doubt, but he really fkd up IMHO. I like RC even more now. DB talks to RC and basically makes fun of him hitting a boat during a race? You are talking to RC, basically your bosses boss, a guy who can change your future, and you make fun of him ON CAMERA during his VIP tour of a track? Must have lost his fkng mind. Like I said before, there's a pecking order in every profession and now DB knows it. But, it did seem that RC wasn't having any of DB as he walked up to him. RC wasn't happy the second he started talking...maybe because of the old IG posts or whatever. I am not real familiar with it. RC established immediately what is what. Like it or not, DB fkd up.

NBC sure but I meant more like the smaller SX group. Why go through the trouble of getting DB rolling/gelling with the team if he just bails after getting another offer? I’m not married to this theory it’s just something that popped in my head.

I’ve had people at companies that take jobs just to “check the box” and use it to leverage better gigs and they usually aren’t treated the same as others on the team
