Lucas Mirtl has lost it. Riding 200km/u where you're allowed to ride 110km/u to impress 18 year Olds. It is damn sad and depressing. Clinching on to the Coenen Brothers... They should really jump ship because I think that the ship is "intoxicated" with his own ego and maybe some other stuff. Who knows, who knows.

If you have ever been on the roads in Italy, you would know he’s not the only one going 200 kph. I once took a hired car from the airport to Rome, and the driver friggin passed a police car that had its lights on! The driver didn’t flinch and the police didn’t pull us over.

There is another saying: Nobody dies from riding to fast, they always die from stopping to suddenly.

To me this is like been given a company car to use  and you used it in your personal time to do stuff for your self. You where never told you couldn’t but now the company has cracked it and firing you for doing it.

It's like getting a company car, lending it to your buddies from Europe for several cross-country trips, then taking out multiple title loans against it and failing to pay them back. You follow that with selling the rims off it to pay your employer back for your other unapproved expenses. Then you finally flip the car on Craigslist.

Eventually, when the dealer who leased the car to your company asks "where's the car?", you respond with, "Totally blindsided by this deformation but u lern who is real with u and who is 🐍🐍 @peggyfromaccounting i see u"

Post was a solid effort but the shot at Peggy from accounting elevated it the stuff of legends.

So how is this guy still the Cohen's agent after he was fired from Wasserman is he an independent contractor that brings the clients to the agency? Or does Wasserman represent the clients and then assign an agents?

Jeremy Debize is Coenen's agent, working for Wasseman in Europe.

no, you read the Lawrence's "side of the story" via the legal pleadings. Is it a summary? Sure. Does Mirtl have another side of the story? sure! This "he's guilty cause I read the filing and that's all I need to see!" is wrong. Ever been divorced? Had your ex make allegations against you? Yeah, me too.

Thus far, Mirtl's "side of the story" has been a bunch of incoherent ramblings of victimization, along with blaming the media for publishing known public information and some weird personal threats towards his former coworkers.

And how he has detailed ''his side of the story'' and his actions online since this went public are imo the nail in the coffin for Mirtl's future in mx sports agency.

In a normal world nobody would think Mirtl had permission to spend the donut/fan experience money on babysitters and the like, but without a clear and concise M.O.A. (no idea if one exists in this case) it's all up to a judge and jury.

If there wasn't an M.O.A. for the Jettson Donuts accounts when it comes to access, Mirtl could easily say the Lawrence's said it was ok for him to borrow the money with the promise it would be paid back. Also, that would open up a door to a place where a good lawyer would start painting a picture of a situation where his client was set-up and fired for other reasons but this was the offense used publicly, which would then be grounds for a countersuit for deformation.

This one is definitely popcorn worthy.

When you take your car or truck in to service, do you hand them the keys? If so, do you feel it necessary to make them sign a contract to specifically that, while in their custody, they are not allowed to use your car for personal errands? And they are the experts - wouldn't the be the ones expected to disclose if they need to take your car off the lot to perform the job you've asked of them?

Same thing here. It would be one thing if he had been investing the money in a way that was against their knowledge but he could at least argue that it was in the best interest of the company. When it comes to personal use or using the funds to benefit other riders, no judge will see that as something that needed to be spelled out.

And still wants to keep doing business with "this generation" and likes to do whoepiedoepie with women from this generation. Nevertheless kudos on how he shows us that we all can be agents.

If it's a multi-million dollar car you bet your ass I spell out exactly what is acceptable and not.

As an agent he would have fiduciary duties to subordinate his own interests to faithfully administer client assets for his clients' exclusive benefit.  Apart from any underlying contract breach of an agency agreement, breach of fiduciary duty is a tort claim, which opens up a different suite of remedies, including punitive damages, than is available for simple breach of contract.  That's the California law framework in any event, have no idea what state's law governed their relationship.

I have a company card that I can use in case we need something immediately or we don’t have a vendor set up to go through our PO system. I’ve never interpreted that my being able to draw up to $250K meant that I could do it for anything remotely personal or for another business venture.
