So how is this guy still the Cohen's agent after he was fired from Wasserman is he an independent contractor that brings the clients to the agency? Or does Wasserman represent the clients and then assign an agents?

I have been making this argument for a while. If you have multiple riders in the same class that you are representing, it is absolutely a conflict of interest. From my understanding, the athletes can consent to allow an agent to represent multiple parties. The agents argument..."I know what the other riders are making so I can use that to an advantage in contract negotiations."
Personally, when money is involved, I would think it would be best to have an agent that didn't have any other riders. It's too easy to find out what the going rate in this sport is.
They may have left Wasserman and went with Mirtl, or he could be there trying to get them to leave Wasserman.
Next he tells the one loyal employee that went with him that she completes him and they get married and his star client gets knocked out but holds on to the ball to score and gets shown the money.

I was wondering the same thing, but all I've seen is him tag them in his posts and no actual photos of them together so not sure if he really still is their agent or this is maybe just his attempt at getting them to go with him, who knows, but you gotta give him props for being there and fighting for them I guess

My summary is that based on his words he was doing something a little shady in a time of desperation and it bit him. I don't know enough to make a call one way or the other, but it looks as though his clients are using it as an opportunity to not pay him any further.

It's like getting a company car, lending it to your buddies from Europe for several cross-country trips, then taking out multiple title loans against it and failing to pay them back. You follow that with selling the rims off it to pay your employer back for your other unapproved expenses. Then you finally flip the car on Craigslist.
