Tomac FTW?

It's not crazy or naive to think that even with Jett in the picture. 

The comfort Eli is showing this season, in my opinion, is at his all time highs. Happy in life and riding a bike he has confidence in is a tough combo to beat. With the experience of past championships, he's my choice for another SX Championship.

Mine too.  His bike looks really solid also.

Tomac is riding as good as he ever has and if he gets a start he can check out.

I think it's likely to go both ways and we'll still have a great championship battle. I'm also not going to count Webb out of the picture. 

It won't hurt my feelings if Eli, Chase, Webb, Kenny, Hunter, or Ando win this thing.  All I really want is good, close,  CLEAN racin'.  

It’s the same as always with tomac. 

He’s been the most impressive rider but somehow hasn’t translated this to championship points which will probably burn him for the title. 

He should be up by 15 points right now. 

yea im hip , its setting up to be something nice especially now we going back east & coop getting better & better but i just wanted a reaction outta the extreme tomac fan club & I got wht I wanted with those dislikes 👍🏾 😂

I'm interested to see if those bike setting improvements he felt like he made in WSX in rutty conditions translates to these upcoming East Coast races.

I think he can, and will. Tomac on yamaha is almost like Brady in Tampa. New energy, new team, youre on borrowed time and not a whole lot to lose bc youve won alot already. (Also comaparable, took a paycut)

I love when I see "now that Jett is out"....comments as if it was a foregone conclusion.

Tomac was in this thing from the get go....

Monster Kawi really does take all the fun out of a rider's career. 

I agree. Wasnt Tomacs win the only time someone beat Jett str8 up, other than when he let Roczen by?

I think Tomac was in it all the way.  

But I can’t help but think about how Chase rides when Jett is out.  Huntah too for that matter, but he’s not in it.

Webb will get those consistent finishes and stay close, but Tomac and Sexton going to sneak away from Webb and Roczen slowly but definitively.

Just my take…

It will be fun to watch Tomac, Sexton, Webb, Roczen to battle down the stretch. Tomac has to be more consistent at starts. Coming through the pack is not as easy as it used to be to be. 

I hope it stays close till the end. 

Agreed. I feel the moto media has really disrespected him and Chase this year IMO.

He was 1oo4 in it for the championship. 

Sadly, this has nothing to do with Jett himself.    It is the media and the delusional fans who are to blame.
