i watched that the other day and i was like....wtf where was this shit during the broadcast. everytime they spoke about someone doing some crazy triple.....the camera would pan away from the rider that would do it. could hear the crowd go nuts and weeg and ricky had no idea what was goin on because the feed they are forced to watch is run by morans
Juju sent that huge quad the first main and they never panned back to him once to see if he hit it again
Total contrast in styles there. Awesome clip.
Sorry but if you can't respect Eli I don't get it???????

Those who cannot respect Eli are ignorant to the sport, or theyre just a goon in moms basement. Lol
Reeled him in and dropped one of the fastest riders in the world.

The left hander he took after the 85ft launch, is his riding style in a nutshell. That's eli tomac.
Who doesn't respect Eli? He's a living legend at this point and, oh yeah, he's still arguably the fastest guy on the track. I feel like he's faster now than '23 sx

The section from 6:58-7:30 of just destroying the final corner, to slicing and dicing through the pack, to the 3 for 1 special on Plessinger, Webb, and Malcolm should be what comes up when you search Eli Tomac in a dictionary
That was awesome, thanks!!!!!!
With the other two threads going on, I thought that Tomac's reply to the last question on 72 was fitting. The man who has 53 wins says "72 is a long ways away".
Eli's whiskey wheelie and Hill sending it after landing between lanes were both definitely moments where I would have just casually folded up the EZ-up and went home, if either incident had happened to me.
That's what's insane about this sport. By way of progression in the sport. Its far more impressive when you win farther into your career. Because you are definitely going faster today to win, than you had to 11 years ago. That's what makes high number win counts so impressive. Team sports get new youth players in to carry the slack. While in Moto you're out there alone having to go faster every time you're out there. So 20 more wins Eli projects is very tough to get. It was pretty interesting he said..."I mean if I can get within 5 or 6 of his record, I don't know"... Sounds like he's implying he feels confident he can win a lot this year and maybe next year if he comes back for the final curtain in '26.
