He’s not wrong through. Speeding up the reels is a bad look.
Pace doesn't seem to want to ride or race much though.
I like the show. I like how Chad struggles with his kid just like we all do, and they show it on the show. Tate has come a long way in a short time. When this thread stopped to when it restarted is when he really improved. He went from an alternate at LL to top qualifier at the Australian SX when he broke his collar bone. I don't think they speed up the video, that's a shitty thing to say.
It’s going to be awfully hard for Tate to make it through the regional in any B class, hope he can. 250 and 450 B Stock would be my guess.
Around here, we have C riders jump straight to A for the LL qualifiers, much better chance of making it. Not near as many A riders at the qualifiers.

I hope he does well! It would be super cool to see Tate carrying the family MX legacy. Seems like a good kid
Tate seems like a real good kid! Chad is one of the best ever, and having him in your corner is huge.
I could be wrong, but it seems like he’s only been serious for a couple years and he’s maybe 14 or 15? I don’t know what’s possible but he’s taking a far less traditional route by being pretty green at an age where lots of kids are 2-3-4 years from rookie season in SX or MX.
That being said, there’s zero reason you couldn’t grow and learn and go pro in your early 20s. The traditional route has burnt out lots of kids
Can you show any examples of this sped up video?
Also, didn’t you once post a photo of a 3rd place trophy from a class with 4 dudes or some shit to prove how fast you are?
I wouldn't be surprised if chad just has him skip b class all together, has he announced what classes he will be riding? Chad definitely doesn't seem to like to spend time time in lower classes from back when he would skip the 125/250 class back in his day
Tate just turned 14 and don't see him doing much the 1st year. Seems odd that Chad and Kiah stayed on KTM. Maybe looking to the future and a star ride in a couple of years.
Yamaha doesn't make a bolt on supermini-kit. The Austrian minis are superior to the YZ's and making the YZ into a decent supermini is a PITA compared to the Austrian bikes.
So are they going to show up and race the winter am or no?
I watch all of the TwoTwo vids, I think they’re great!
But I can’t recall any shots I felt were sped up.
Where are they training at now? I now late last year they were kinda nomad'ing around in the RV. Then they went to Aussie to race. Are they still there riding are they back here in the states? I don't watch the channel much so I have no idea.
They found a place around dade city they have their own backyard sand track, and they built a shop on their land most recently, for sx training tate was training at future mx.
He turned 14 last April he’s not far off 15. Be 17 before you know it and trying for pro ranks! Chad has stated that 2027 is the goal for them.
I don't watch many of them but I'm still curious.
Something tells me that @MxAddic either won't be back or if he is he won't have any actual evidence just something along the lines of "I'm smarter than all you Vitards and I think it's sped up so it's a fact."
Been following his progress since video no 1. Watching all of the knowledge CR has dumped into his kid is awesome. But these last few years I just kept thinking Tate needs to ride with better guys to learn how to go faster. He has gotten a ton of technical skill for his age, but to me, lacked sheer speed.
With that said it looks though now that following his dad around just might be the beginning of seeing Tate get real fast. Excited to see.
IMHO he needs a facility to have a decent chance. Like you said, the best way to learn to go fast is ride with a bunch of fast guys. Chad can afford it. If he tries on his own and fails it's on him.
Pit Row
Yea I agree with this. He isnt around fast kids enough to really know what the level is. These supermini kids are friggin savages. I feel like he needs to practice with a few of them to see what the intensity level is. The level is at 100 from the second they touch the track and they dont let off. That would be good for him to see and try to run with for a bit to try to get his intensity level up. Chad is correct that the speed will come later once the fundamentals are in place, but it wont hurt just to know where youre trying to be.
But which videos specifically is the footage sped up?
