Are the Lions in the World Series kicking the spotted ball in the net? Sorry all I am thinking about is San Diego SX Saturday I didn’t know anything else was on. 🤷‍♂️

I am a Packers fan who is now rooting for the Lions.

I'd rather watch SX than Jared Goff, yes I'm a rams fan🤣

Isn't there only like 13 minutes of actual play in a football game? Leaves plenty of time for SX!

Probably only 13 minutes of the ball live.  But, pre-snap action and replays are part of what make a game interesting to watch.

I have recorded games and watch them by skipping through the time when the ball is dead.  The game is less interesting to watch, and you lose the "feel" for how the game is going.

Saturday night the Detroit Lions play a home playoff game as the #1 seed in the NFC. Hell must have frozen over! It's on at the same time as San Diego. I never thought in my lifetime I would postpone watching SX to watch the Lions lol!

If you stay off social media you can either watch the race Saturday night or Sunday morning as if it's live.

Sorry but San Diego SX comes around every year but a Lions home playoff game is about as common as Halley's Comet. I'd do some shady shit to finally see the Lions in the SuperBowl.

Thank you for:

Jared Goff, Jahmyr Gibbs, Jameson Williams, Sam Laporta, Josh Paschal, Ifeatu Melifonwu and Brodric Martin.

I should also thank you for taking that obnoxious Kelly Stafford off of our hands as well.  😀

i have a buddy here in the UK that will be up watching the game live in the middle of the night... what a fucking dickhead, who the hell stays up till 5am to watch sport on the other side of the world.

...oh, that will be me, for every west coast race.

Same here! I'll have Supercross on my computer, Lions/Commanders on my TV. Football needs to be watched in real time, SX is just as exciting as a replay.

I've never cared for football.  My fiancé loves it and we've made a thing out of watching the Lions together.  It helps that they're decent now.

On the flip side, she never paid much attention to moto and loves it.  We watch all of SX/MX/SMX together.  Even if I'm in the garage during the day, she has RDL on.

We've made the decision to watch the Lions Saturday night and catch the SX replay on Peacock afterwards.  I feel your pain.

It's one of the rare trades that has worked out well for both teams.

Solution is to get a small TV and place it next to your main TV, drag a table in the room if needed. Stream the SX next to the TV you’re watching football on. Football has a lot ot downtime between plays, commercials half-time etc..image 155.jpg?VersionId=IgUon

My son had me out to his new home last weekend for A1 & his fiancee is a massive Steelers fan. He set her up in the basement with a 40" tv for her football game so he and I could watch on the 90" in his living room.

It was a proud Dad moment for sure. 😁

Good luck to your Lions.

I’ll be watching the game live and will watch the SX later that night as soon as the replay pops up on Peacock. It doesn’t happen every week and since it’s the playoffs I’ll make an exception.

OC Scottie would usually have 4 different sports on at the same time most weekends. I think if he had more devices or TV's it would have been a couple more.😂

Miss ya Scottie.

I can one up you! I have a wedding/reception to go and my Chiefs play right in the middle of it! Plus I am sure the reception will probably force me to miss the race too.  I may have to fake an illness and go back to the hotel room early.

Works for me!!! I got nfl plus and will be shutting off my phone. I’ll watch the reply right after and the race when they put it up.

I usually have SX on in the living room, Walleye hockey on in the kitchen. Looks like I will add Lions game in the family room. Wife is going to love this. 🤣

This is why I'm glad all my friends are poor and always have been.  At 53 years old I have never had to attend a single wedding. I got married at the courthouse at 17 years old for $5 to the probate judge. Lol Good deal I guess, it lasted 27.5 years. Thank God that's over!!

On the flip side as I age funerals are becoming more of a thing sadly!!

This round in the playoffs last year I gave up all hope on the Cowboys watching the Packers have the game won about five minutes into the first quarter. I'm going for the Lions as well.

I'll have both the game on and SX, having some friends over and we're all fans of both. Makes for a good night!

Agree!  The wedding is for friends of my fiancée. Let’s just say if there was a Dungeons and Dragons event going on there wouldn’t be a wedding. 🤣🤣🤣
