I don't know what limits the cops have in this case. I agree it's not working. I don't know who specifically is setting the guidelines for pursuing suspects.
Yeah, whatever they have in place now as far as chasing and arresting those idiots is a travesty and shameful. And in my opinion, only bolsters them to do it more often. No consequences!
When we where kids it was no insurance, no license and no reg. You needed a lawyer and it was mandatory $1K for no insurance plus ride to the hoosegow. The pain of watching your bike get chained to the back of a tow truck was excruciating.
