Awesome. He seems to always be on his game. Doesn't sound sick or tired to me but I didn't listen to the 450 moto1.

I like how he tries to get into the riders head and tells us what he thinks the are thinking. Talking about how the track changes and how riders need to forecast those changes. He is a treasure to this sport. He sounds a bit frail. If his mic is not working properly then they need to fix that because he is a champ and deserves the best.

I don't know why that Backfire clown has been saying Bailey sounds sick. Then again 100% of everything backfire says is BS so it's not surprising.
Bailey sounds awesome and on his game big time. He gives insight to what the riders are doing and thinking while doing it better than anyone.

I think Bailey + Weigandt are the best pairing I've heard.. Really enjoyed the commentary this week. Is it just me or is Bailey a lot better this year? His voice kind of sounded faint last year if that makes any sense, this year he is on it. Awesome.

DB is a natural at announcing like he was at riding. A great person and treasure to our sport no doubt.

David Bailey is the best. I don't know anybody in my life who can tell me an interesting story at will any time I am around them besides David. His knowledge of the sport and everything that goes into being a professional racer shows with his commentary and insight. It is such a relief compared to hearing Ralph say WOW DID YOU SEE THAT!??! or RYAN DUNGEY LIGHTS THE CANDLES!

DB you are the man.

He used to be the Little Professor, but I think he's graduated to Full Professor.
They clicked today, no doubt.

Emig sucks. Period. As a rider he is / was awesome. I'm a fan. But he just friggin sucks as a commentator, "Okay".

Bailey is terrific. I can't get enough of his analysis, stories and insight to what's going on on the track during the race.

Bailey just keeps getting better and better.

Great duo, as always!

I only disagreed with 2 things Bailey said, which is probably the first time this has happened, EVER! It's in my latest thread if anyone cares to check it out.

I remember Baileyn describing what it was like for James to skip the whoops at one of the 3 Anahiem races a few years back and he said. "you see those whoops, they look like speed bumps from our view, but to the riders, they are like trash cans turned sideways all in a row". I thought that described it perfectly!

I was thinking how great a job DB was doing during the 1st 250 moto. DB's insight on what a rider thinks is unreal.

Totally agree about DB. I assume it's damn hard to be an announcers because so often they come out as a bit unprofessional for me. But with DB its newer the issue (for me). He delivers ton's of cool and adequate info often related both to present and previous riders and seasons, gives truthful respect where respect is in place and does that very insightful. Also important for me he's not letting any nationalistic bias get in his way. The part where he compares JMB and CP is a perfect example on so many levels and this humbleness is winning me over totally.

If you are a true motocross fan, and have been around for a while DB is a gift as an announcer. Also very cool that he seems to be liked by everybody. Just that is an amazing skill. For me he really improves the experience while watching the racing and as a consequence he a great ambassador for the Nats abroad as well.

Thank you DC? for putting this dude in front of the mike!
