And this is the stuff that bothers people and makes them want to go on to Vital to complain?

God only know what annoying tick you have that would become obvious if you were in front of a TV and on podcasts.

Jesus Christ this was worth a topic

He did not come across as excited at all even during a fantastic 3rd moto.

I’d have to rewatch to see if he changed as the moto went on but I’d imagine it has something to do with USA getting supplanted from the top step.

It goes on, "to your point", "100%", and the absolute worst, "eckspecially".

It’s quite flusterating.

I thought it was going to be political  at first.  I guess that the broadcast is just getting so much better that it has gone from  " I had no sound for the first 10 minutes of moto 1"  or " I can't login". Only 2 years ago these were common issues.

Now the biggest issue of the day is JT uses right too often. RC has a catch phrase,    If I was a part of the broadcast I would take that as a compliment. Its come a long way.

I feel bad for these guys, constantly analyzed like that. But if that's the worst thing You can say about JT and the broadcast, I think they would all be happy with that, Right?

No I thought he did great. Paul is the exciting emotional color commentator, JT is the sidekick in that scenario. You can’t have both guys going nuts or it becomes chaotic and hard to listen to.

More annoying habits-

Using "Whenever" instead of just "When". Aray does it all the time.

Ricky's having to say "The reason is because"

Chad's Ummm Ummmm

Jt's Right hasn't started to bug me yet.....

A big part of what makes Weege so great is he isn't annoying, except when he sings....

JT is great. As most people do, he has certain phrases he repeats alot, some I even expect to hear on certain topics. Nothing annoying.

Only one broadcaster drives me out of my mind with the constant useless filler phrases, and it's definitely not JT.

Both guys going nuts is what made those old British AX races so fun to watch.

I agree. Maybe a little enthusiasm would be great. Aren’t you excited at all about anything that’s happening?

I liked him a lot as a privateer and rooted for him.  He can say anything he wants.

We got one thread about what Jeremy Martin calls himself and another about JT saying "right" too much.

Must be the off-season.

The constant use of 'obviously' by the riders is unbearable.

Add to this RC with his 'to your points' and Deegan with his 'yeah, definitely'.  He seems to have misunderstandings as to how to use 'definitely'.

Someone: "how many changes have you made to the bike?

Deegan: 'Definitely...'

The obviously thing has irked me so bad. Anytime a rider is asked a question, REGARDLESS of what it is, the very first word out of their mouth is "Obviously...." like no its not obvious most of the time and it doesnt make a lick of sense most times they start off with that word lol.

IE).

JT: "Chase, strong moto what did you change in the week off to come back strong this weekend?"

CS: "Obviously you know we did make a few adjustments and focused on starts this week blah blah"

So pretty much commentators need to stop using words out of the English dictionary and make up their own vocabulary. Got it.

Forkner using "like" 3 times every sentence makes me never watch any interviews he does.
Reed's "uuummm" is starting to really drag on these days.
Anyone using "Yeah, no" can f right off.

Eckspecially is a made up word, they use it often.

He was calmer this time. The only critique i would give him at MXdN is that Paul Malin is a neutral comentator talking about each cuntry the same way while JT talk 90% USA on the broadcast. If you are there and doing a job, i expect you to be neutral during the broadcast.

Other than that, he is the best US have to offer right now.

One of the guys on the leadership team for the company I work for did that all the time. Now I notice a lot of other people in management and supervisor roles are doing it. To me it’s showing you aren’t 💯 sure but are trying to get people to agree with you, right…it’s annoying once you notice it
