Looking on going with a large group in February to Glendale, how do I find the Suite/Box information, nothing I can find on it.

There is a member of this forum that gets a couple boxes every year. I’m sure he can get you the info.

Reach out to the stadium, I got one for Pittsburgh
Dang, you paid the $4,000?
I wonder if we won't get the same layout anymore because they added those casitas in the end zone. That will be a blow to that race, always one of the best layouts of the year due to the floor space. Maybe they remove them? Also how the fk do they remove the field now?

Just got this for the Denver round. I went to the Broncos website for suites and sent an email.
Try the Arizona Cardinals website.
I have done this a few times now. Suites are typically purchased through the stadium and not Feld. A lot of times they are actually already paid for by some business or stadium sponsor for other events during the year. I have actually been lucky 2 of the times by notifying the sales team I was interested and then letting the sales rep sweat a little. The price came down. Depends on stadium, how many suites. I got one at the Atlanta Motor Speedway round and it was awesome. With 20 people, I was reimbursed for some and used some for business hand outs. Price wasn’t bad at end. Had our own bathroom, couch and TV’s broadcasting the race.
if I was a privateer these days, I would try to find a way to do packages with a purchased suite. Find local people willing to buy a seat, food and privacy and try to make a few bucks.
$200 a head isn't bad
I'm sure they will remove all that junk for SX. It all looks pretty "temporary". That area is the only entrance/exit for all the bikes and equipment to get to the floor so they'll have to open it up.
Especially if it includes food/drinks and access to a private/semi-private shitter.
I don't think Pitt includes any food/drinks from the email I got.
We purchased a box a few times in Oakland . The price wasn't to bad,but the food and bev. was a fucking rip off. If you have a large group, it's still a cool thing to do.
I saw a concert from a suite at the Honda Center of Anaheim. The shitter was as private as it gets. It was in the hall outside the suite but I never saw anyone in there but me. The whole level was beautiful. Marble, gleaming tile and chrome and a valet it there handing you a towel to dry your hands.
Damn, that sucks. How many tickets are included for $4k? I noticed the 2 parking passes, but the number of tickets was cut off on the image you posted.
I posted a different picture, but it's 18.
I'm pretty sure suites in Philly were like 2,500 last yr for 20 people and 4 parking spots. Not sure about food though. Probably not included at that price.

Unless you're looking for a private suite, I can't recommend drmarkr's suite and hospitality enough! We flew over from Aus this year and that suite and the crew made the trip. Considering doing it again next year also.
In Toronto 2014 a crew of us got a Box with a bartender.
got so drunk I hardly remember half of Stu’s ride.
No regrets. Have fun!
Going all out in my hometown incase it never happens again. And being April in Pittsburgh it could be 70 degrees and sunny or it could be 40 and rain.
Pit Row
Seems like a good enough place to post this if anyone is interested in a group buy. Main Event Moto Patreon folks are getting a suite at Indy, you just have to be a member of the Patreon and sign up. You still have to split the cost but it ends up being not much more than a decent ticket.
Yes Dr Mark has a great suite set up and well worth the money.
We had done that suite package for few years (not been able to go the last few years) and 1st class all the way. Lots of old school MX industry people in the group.
Mark Russell to any white courtesy phone.
Nice.
I'm going to Philly, but just a group of 6 of us. With a chance of rain and bad temps for both Pitt and Philly I was looking into suites.
I will probably go to Pitt next yr, but if so I'm grabbing tickets on day 1. They are selling quick and prices keep increasing as they sell.
Man some of these prices are very reasonable for a suite, my brother in law works for Pepsi and we get some cool free tickets to places if none of his other sales guys need tickets for customers.
I did this with a group of friends at Houston a few years ago. It was pricey but still worthwhile. We had to choose a food package and paid for drinks separately depending on who wanted the suite stocked with what beverages. It was just soooo convenient to grab a beverage when needed or to nibble on something in between heats.
I've done the suites many times for top dealers or contest winners. The suites aren't bad; what gets expensive is the food and drinks. The drinks are very overpriced, but some of the food options are reasonable. I suggest getting a couple of apps and snacks and leaving the drinks, especially alcoholic ones, for the guests to get their own. I always seemed to over-order food as well.
Lastly, see what time you can get into the suite. At some events, we were able to get in right when the doors opened for practice; others were much later, closer to opening ceremonies.
Have fun!
I noticed some deleted replies. This thing must of went off the rails lol
This is the way.
What’s with the tractor line?
