ET3 turns 32 next month, let thank sink in. Carmichael, Villo, Dungey, all done by 28. The guy is an absolute savage and deserves every ounce of clout hes got. All three of them performed. Webb hasnt been on a 250 in 8 years, showed up and put in work. These three guys are real life american heroes

RC was done with full time racing at 26 in 2006, he was 27 in his half season in 2007.

RVs last race in USA he was 26 in 2014 was done at 27.

Dungey was 27 when he retired in 2017.

The media and some of the fans have been way too hard on Eli to the point of nearly forcing him into retirement. Just because no one has competed at an elite level in SX/MX into their mid-30’s does not mean it cannot be done. I do think he’s tired of this stupidly long schedule, but the man is a BEAST. Dungey came back at 32 for outdoors and rode great especially considering his time off. As a community, we need to stop placing limits on a persons ability. Olympic athletes are pushing well into their 30s now.

We aren’t the ones placing limits. Biology is. Reaction time peaks in your early/mid 20s, you are more prone to injury, etc etc

I'm 32, when can I expect my pecker to stop getting hard?

I was happy to see how displeased he was. I really think Eli still believes he’s the best or at least totally capable of winning. It’s a good time for Eli fans when he’s not just trying to be 2nd best. 2025 will be wild.

Phenomenal effort from Eli with the low prep, coming off injury, and late notice.  I really liked his interview post race as you can see he wanted to win. He accepts the results but is PISSED. I hope this gives him the fire for a great 2025. I wonder how close the settings on the bikes were for each guy. Wonder if anyone asks how far they waver and if they were actually comfortable.

I’d say Eli was comfortable.

He’s not really known for early race sprint speed- he mostly lets it come to him and goes faster as the race goes on.
But to HOLESHOT and sprint like he did yesterday and passing back and forth a number of times tells me he was comfortable.

Watching interviews, Eli is NOT pumped on second. He's not happy with Jett and Tim pulling away from him. I hope we get a Jett/Eli summer.

Tomac hasn't raced an MX series in two years. TWO YEARS! And he comes out with that performance, truly a living legend

For all the keyboard warriors on here all pissed off that people wanted Tomac instead of AP, even though AP earned it. The result comparison from Sunday is why we wanted Tomac, even though he had been back for only 2 MX + 3 SMX races.

I agee, I know Jett will have the advantage. But I'm hoping Eli can latch on and up his game from being up front with Jett.

I know it's a joke of a series but I think Eli will win WSX, he's coming into some great form.

Tomac is a mandatory pick for next year's team, no matter what his results are outdoors.

He could be locked in a Russian prison and the AMA would be obligated to liberate him for Ironman. No choice.

Kind of nice to see a rider hate losing, or at least not happy. Today a lot of people are happy to get 10th in sporting events. Don't get me wrong, if you are the 10th best in the world at your profession you are a boss, but you do got 9 guys in front of you which should encourage you to work harder.

Searle is 35 . Honestly for as long as he's been around I thought he was older .
