This dude is such a joke, but the AR talk is dangerous. He might be too stupid to realize this, but there are people out there that WILL do things like bring firearms around events at his encouragement. We don’t need people like him around the sport, like I know he doesn’t have a credential anymore, but it might be time for Feld/MX Sports to get some legal help to deal with this guy.

He assumes someone-else is the cause of his FBI visit…while he has threatening posts on social media, which he a-joined, actually suggesting the involvement of ARs (which he called “AKs”, btw…). And he wonders how he got a door knock? I get the feeling this was brought up by the officers…

He compares what Big Dave Coombs created and ran back in the day to what MX Sports is now? Classic. He’s obviously taken one-side of the “NPG” argument and ran with it & now he’s gotten to the point of associating himself with what the FBI considers “threatening behavior”:  hey, Cooksie? You should be careful with what you post and what you say…

As for me? Well, the OP got me to watch a complete Kooksie video for the 1st time. It’s almost like he owes me an apology! 🤣

I was surprised at the support he received in his comments. And that not one person at the time that I watched it suggested that it was likely not the Coombs or or Feld that resulted in the visit. A lot of Youtubers have been getting in some legal issues  because of stuff they posted . Law enforcement has started to look at videos .I've seen it happen with mostly street racing stuff . 

 Even if it was the Coombs or Feld, I wouldn't blame them. Imagine something like that happened  and  it could have been stopped. It shows that people are taking the safety of the crowd very seriously and checking out any threat no matter how serous  it may seem.  Or if some other crazy dude went and did something at the race and it got out they had not taken visible threats seriously. Look at any public shooting and there are always reports of history and other threats. The local PD making a phone call and local FBI agents taking a drive out is not a big deal.  I'm sure it happens a lot more than people think.    

 He could be 100% right about the money thing and I would not trust or believe him on it. His hate for the Coombs distorts his reality. I used to think it was mostly for clicks and views. But after this most recent video with him ranting about how he has no money and if he was sued there is nothing there. Going on about how he's not worried about being sued because of that. With many cuts and edits.  With a single line saying  that he has the truth on his side too, almost as an afterthought . That would have been the point I would have been making, having the truth on my side.  When he talks about not caring if he is sued since he has no money, it makes me think that he also doesn't care to vet a story and make sure he has facts before putting it out. It makes me think that he's doing it mostly out of his dislike for the Coombs and to try and make money.  And if a story will get clicks and help him talk badly about the people running the sport , that matters more than how much truth there is to the story. 

I can’t believe there are actually people who consume his content and don’t just do it to point and laugh at him. The guy is nothing but a clown.

However, the great thing about America is free speech. You want to make YouTube videos that pisses some people off? You can. You take that away and you end up like other countries where things happen to your society and you can’t do or say anything about it.

Also, some of you criticizing him for hating DC. I’m not sure why the guy hates DC so much, nor do I care, but some of you are just as bad with how you talk about other riders, commentators, and of course, Cooksie.

Yeah I actually tried to watch it but only made it about 2/3's through it....The fact that he believes the Coombs are behind the FBI visit is laughable...you make that type of comment online its going to draw attention from the Feds....In todays world they have to investigate any threat that is made regarding a public venue/sporting event. He is probably on a domestic terrorist list now because of his "joke". Next time you go through TSA at the airport just make a "joke" about a bomb and you will find yourself in jail. His obsession with the Coombs family is psychotic, he's a complete nut job and apparently has fallen off the deep end. Oh and to correct one of his "facts" Dave Sr died of cancer not heart failure....Time for Kooksey to go away...

The reason I bring up the hate , is because he is acting as a reporter of sorts. And it hurts his credibility to be so openly biased . And if he really did want to help the sport so much like he claims, he could tone that down so that a larger group of people might take him seriously.   As it is, he appears to be doing it all for views  or using his Youtube channel as a way to vent. 

 While I do not agree with a lot of the critical posts about riders and such on here. That is what this place is for. Discussing stuff .

There's a reason Cookseys comment section shows overwhelming support for him.  He deletes comments or shadow bans people that disagree with him.  Look at the comments on most of his videos, very few people disagreeing.   I know for a fact he does this because he shadow banned me from his channel.  I never posted anything hateful, I just disagreed with him on some stuff he said about RC, Matthes, Davey, etc.  I just thought a channel that seemed so dedicated to criticizing people in the sport was odd, so I would post a few comments there and there to disagree.  Sometimes he'd comment back to me with his typical "this is my channel and I will say what I want" but eventually I noticed nobody would comment back to me ever, or even like a comment.  I then realized he'd shadow banned , or hid me so nobody could see any of my comments.  I DM'd him on IG and told him that it was odd that he was so much for free speech and being American, yet he was censoring people on his channel.  He then blocked me on IG.  That's how he has built the Cooksey mob, by making his channel look like he has 100% supporters!

Originally I thought he was harmless, but I never saw those recent AK comments, and his last couple videos have been getting more and more bizarre.   The way he stares into the camera and yells "Davey your days of running this sport are about to end" is kinda scary in this day and age.

He said he's going to Vegas this weekend too, so it could get interesting!  Wouldn't be surprised if he does something just to get attention for the channel, maybe even get arrested LOL.   The guy is very angry at people in the industry and his using his channel to rile up the haters, make money, and try to get back at people he thinks have wronged him.  He's the TMZ of moto and he knows that YouTube is the perfect venue to stir $hit up and then monetize it!

I dont understand why feld/mx sports havent just served him telling him if he comes to an event he will be arrested for trespassing.

I think that they don't want to give him content.  Maybe they will after this. He has a relatively small amount of viewers so they may not want to help amplify him .

He was claiming that the TV/Streaming deal is a $100M deal. He was using Nascars deal to come up with the numbers.  Nascar has an over  $7B  deal .  In 2013 , SX had a $1M deal for TV. It was early on in them getting paid . That was the most recent info I was able to find that put a real dollar amount down. That was not speculation.  Viewing numbers have gone up about 5 times according to NBC's data   Back in 2013 Nascar had a deal of over $2B for TV rights. I don't remember the exact # I think it was about 2.3B back then.  I should refresh my memory for the breakdown for how many years each deal was for to help context. I don't remember off the top of my head if the terms were similar or not. But my point was that if You use past numbers from the SX info that is public, the numbers would be much lower  and in my opinion  likely more realistic. 

 I'm sure he's loving this attention.   

It's a bummer that the only guy willing to step outside of the buddy club and point out the Coombs toxicity, is also a little kooky. Normally it happens like with Guy Cooper, you hear about it in either really really tight circles, or twenty years later and then they won't talk about it anymore.

Some people really need to look up what “Freedom of Speech” means in America. It doesn’t mean you can say whatever the fuck you want without any consequences.
