You forgot the "i'm triggered by anything Deegan, I hate him, but I'm not jealous of him or anything"   option for the poll.

2026 Deegan will be on a 450 and giving the Lorrance bro fan-bois nightmares.   Stamp it.

2025 250 SX Champ(19 years old next Jan)

2025 MX National Champ

2025 SMX Champ

2025 MXoN Champ

(New Contract? Stays at Yamaha…HUGE Contract…?)

2026 Repeat/Defending 250SX Champ (20 y/o)

After all that…?

His camp, Monster & Yamaha decide if he’s goin’ 250 or 450…starting with The Nationals…contractual options matter.

Interesting …… with defending his 2024 SX championship is 2 more years of 250 possible? 2025 yes but doesn’t he have to move up in 2026?

He won a SX championship this year?

He's not moving up. He said he isn't. His words in the press conference was there is still alot of trophies and money to bring home in the 250 class. He said he wants to win the 250 SX championship and then defend it.

No, he isn't ready and he knows it. Nothing wrong with that either.

Yep smart move. Even RC wished he would've stayed down another year before he moved up.

He'll be one of  2-3 legitimate title contenders on the west coast next year, and the undisputed favorite outdoors.

Staying down is a good call.

I think he needs another year in 250's , and if he does as well as he did this year , then move up. He's only two years in. I think most guys need at least 3 years. My opinion anyways.

I think this is exactly the progression and age Jett did?

As much as he seems to be on another level than the class, I don't see the need to rush. He's only 18, right? Debuting on a 450 for mx seems to be a good route to take. Jumping into 17 sx rounds on a 450 is treacherous.  Whatever he does I'm sure he'll be successful. Kid is special, no doubt about that

I’d assume he wants to win a 250SX and defend his 250MX title.  The 250SX/450SX route just seems a much more sensible progression; I don’t know why more riders/teams don’t do it.

One thing is for sure - in the 450 class he’ll be up against guys that are good every weekend.  I know he’s been the best 250 outdoor rider this year but there hasn’t been a single opponent who’s been able to keep pressure on him, even from a points perspective.

Plus he will be on the track with guys that won’t be afraid to push him around or even punt him if there’s any antics.
