Looks like the Aus-X Open is returning this year and the Lawrence brothers are set to headline the possibly 2 night program.

Surely with the 2 boys coming home to race will bring a huge attendance and hopefully more exposure to Australian supercross

Ill be very surprised if its only a 1 night event! That place is going to sell out!

Looks like Cooper Webb is in for the Melbourne round now!  Just got this in my email, no mention in the wording but seems pretty obvious!

You're absolutely right! The return of the Aus-X Open with the Lawrence brothers as headliners is a massive deal for Australian Supercross. Having these two hometown heroes back in the saddle on Australian soil is sure to draw a huge crowd.

Is the Aus X open going to hurt WSX bad?

Now with Jett, Hunter and Coop coming over, how many Australians on the east coast are going to travel to WA the weekend before to watch WSX in Perth?
I mean I’m in Perth and ill probably be skipping WSX to fly to Melbourne the week after. Will be a big expense for anyone to do both, whatever side of the country you’re on. Also isn’t the promotor of Aus X the old CEO of WSX? Interesting politics here I reckon 🤔

Can confirm that I just bought a ticket for me and my mate and tickets have only been out for two weeks and I nearly missed out. Marvel stadium holds 54,000 and and I could only get upper level tickets. Would be a about 3,000 tickets left. It’s going to be insane!

So, I’m thinking that means Jett is all healed up & ready to go?

I hope it's a sellout and I hope Webb makes it interesting and exciting.  He has a knack for doing that.  I'm also happy that the home folks get to see the boys rippin' up the home soil... I've sure enjoyed them here.😉

It’s four months away and it looks like there’s only about 1500 tickets left. No doubt they’re holding a few back, but they’ve definitely sold well.

Looking online the Perth stadium only seats 6500?  How big is it ? Is it basketball size court ?

Just googled it quickly, HBF park seats 20k apparently. Hopefully they both do well I just thought it was interesting the old CEO organised his event 1 week later on the other side of the country and made it the biggest it’s ever been haha.

HBF is Perth Glorys home ground, the soccer team here.

Be interesting to see if any of the wsx riders try to or get a ride at the Aus X. Being that it's a week after the Perth wsx round and and a week before the Abu Dhabi wsx round. 🤔🤔🤔

It holds way more than  that - maybe 15K-20K or so.  It’s a rugby/soccer stadium.

Adam Bailey's wife is one of the big bosses for Aus X aswell, she took over when Adam went to WSX, smart move poaching Bennard or however you spell his name, so there goes any hope of WSX dgoing combined races with Bercy
