before anyone goes jett Lawerence? Yes I’m sure he will absolutely blow past 90% of these guys but I’m not ready to have that discussion when he is still 20 years old and that early into his career.
Cheers guys!

I see this got sidetracked quickly.
Off topic but Damon Huffman’s dad knocked on my door about a month ago. We had a pretty cool conversation and he told me Damon was a LAPD motorcycle cop now.
LAPD??
Damon Huffman maybe?
I thought Bradshaw works for Fly/WPS and does some stuff with Yamaha. His parents live 4 miles from me and I occasionally see a WPS van around .
I was thinking the same thing, didn't think "The Beast from the East" would turn into a Californian.
I was thinking the exact same thing!!
Bradshaw
J. Stewart
RJ
McGrath
Emig
Kenny
Eli
RC
Dubach
Guy Cooper
Geez, where was my head at when I typed that up. Sorry guys, Damon Huffman.
Damon Huffman most podiums in 125sx of anyone. He also won the hottest race ever . In Troy,Ohio in 97 beating the unbeatable RC. Jmb is a hack compared to Huffman,s style. If they ever race against each other in 125 sx . Damon would win 100% of the races. Actually it wouldn’t even b a race. Out doors too . Jmb was good on a 500 tho. 1 of the best. A mix of 80% Huffman & 20% Bradshaw is the perfect mix . To easily beat those suckas. And take all that bread home.
Here's my top 5 Lawrences and Ryans for no reason and in no order...
Jason, Phil, Randy, Jett, Hunter.
Villopoto, Dungey, Hughes, Clark, Sipes.
I won’t lie that I have some regional bias but I do believe that Windham would be a multi-time champ in premiere class if he didn’t have to compete in the era of the GOAT, and this higher on these lists.
JS 7
RC
Jett
Jerlings
Tomac
RV
David Bailey
JMB
Lechien
Omara
It's impossible to pick just 10.
Phil was a great 125 sx rider. He came off the couch and won a 125 sx heat race in Milwaukee.josh Hansen was in that race also. He was 15 he crashed out in the main real bad. On a Suzuki of course. He also raced the Canadian nationals back when the top 10 were all Americans.
Pit Row
125 list no special order Barnett, Lamson, Huffman, Stribos, Chiodi, Puzar , Cooper, Larry Ward, Donny Schidt, Emig Mr 125, Larocco, Henry, Langston, Hugh’s, Everts, RC, Stewart, Diamond,
1. Ricky Carmichael.
As a note, this guy won 10 outdoor national titles in a row. (3 on a 125. 7 on a 250/450)
In no particular order…

Because there can never be agreement on this list, I’m going to go with the top 10 AMA riders I found the most entertaining, or best to watch (not going into current or best or most skilled etc):
RJ Leisky (on the 500) RC Reedy Stew Windham RV Roczen Musquin Tomac
Unpopular opinion; loved the King of SX but he was boring to watch.
Haven’t included GP riders because I’d have to think too hard to narrow the list.
my list includes only riders I've seen racing. So I will cut out some of the past greatest for sure.
-Ricky Carmichael
-Antonio Cairoli
-Jean Marie Bayle (talent wise maybe n1, but retired too quickly)
-Jeremy McGrath
-Stefan Everts
-Ryan Villopoto
-James Stewart
-Jeffrey Herlings
-David Bailey
-Alex Puzar
I also went with guys I've seen race, many others of course but seeing them live - then you know.
Donny Schmit
James Stewart
Ricky C
Jean MB
Ryan Dungy
Travis P
Jeremy MC
Jeff Ward
John Dowd
Ryan Villo
