and sometimes if its gets hot and i feel a bit tired or whatever ( i know i have much more power to go)

i kinda start to get anxious i try to live the present and enjoy the ride but for some reason its stronger then me and riding and life is no longer feel fun anymore

A few questions for you:

Outside of riding, how much are you exercising? How much of that is weightlifting? Other questions: if you drink caffeine how much in a day? When are you drinking it? What does your diet look like? How much water, and just plain water, are you drinking in a day? Lastly, how much sleep are you getting a night?

Real anxiety sucks, and the way it can mess with someone's life is terrible. That said, the things I asked about above can have a big impact on some people's anxiety.

Hopefully someone on here can give you a good answer, so you can keep riding!

I'd recommend a book called "Dare" by Barry Mcdonagh.

It's an easy read that very nicely describes some well founded methods for helping with anxiety. You can look it up on Amazon to take a look at it.

You'll be fine!

I suffer from frequent bouts of work related anxiety, but as mentioned by CR92 above, all those things mentioned need to be considered. I have one, maybe 2 cups of coffee first thing in the am when I wake up, then nothing but water, or electrolyte infused water the rest of the day as there is a fine line with too much caffeine for me.

I'm not much of a gym rat, so I get out for a quick walk around the neighborhood, a quick bike ride, or just sit in the backyard in silence and zone out for 15 minutes or so when I feel one coming on. Always helps, but each person is different.

Anxiety and panic attacks are just your brain fucking with you, the real work is not letting it spiral out of control.

What kind of job do you have? Is it a physical job, or sedentary? Years ago a mentor told me something that stuck with me: "we're a lot like dogs. If we don't get our walks and exercis in, we're going to be anxious.." Exercise more often than not will help a lot with anxiety. It isn't a 100% guaranteed cover all fix, but it will probably help. If you don't have the ability, or time to go to the gym, I would do exactly what avidchimp said above. Get outside, exert some energy, take in a lot of fresh air.

Caffeine can have a major impact on those with anxiety, too. If I were you, I would stop my caffeine intake at 11am. Caffeine has an interesting effects on the body, especially blood-brain barrier. Some of those are good effects, but one of the bad effects, simply put is this. It can basically tell your brain that the waste build up from your awake hours, isn't there. This build is part of what triggers you feel sleepy, go to sleep, and enter in different sleep stages. Caffeine has up to a 12 hour half life for this effect on your brain. Meaning, it can being pulling you in and out of different sleep stages at night, causing you to not get a fully rested sleep. This lack of rest can have a big impact on your anxiety.

I'm no Doctor, but these are things I help people with a lot in my day to day because of my job, so I hope it helps.

Again, I hope all of this helps you man and I hope something or someone in here gives you something that will keep you on the bike!

I would say which ever exercise you'll be able to do consistently, and what you enjoy more. It's a lot harder to do, if you hate doing it.

For me, lifting weights is far more enjoyable than cardio. Others love running, or cycling. None of them are wrong, and all of them are right. Just have the goal to exercise and be consistent. Your goals evolve as you do it longer.

Breathing exercises have done wonders for my anxiety. I use the 4-7-8 breathing technique. Breathe in for 4 seconds, holding the breath for 7 seconds, and exhaling for 8 seconds, 4-5min a day. You will get similar positive effects from certain types of Yoga as well.

what times you usally doing it at the evning? and lets say you go next day for a ride and some things that a bit more stress you feel more calm?

You’re not alone. As a believer, you know that God makes no mistakes so when he has wired some of us to have extra sensitivities there is a benefit to it (even though it doesn’t often feel that way). As we grow, sometimes we add to that sensitivity unnecessarily by “learning the wrong lessons.” I would recommend reaching out to a doctor and therapist (a Christian one if you are inclined). It can feel weak asking for help but in reality that’s just the anxiety talking. What can prove disastrous is convincing yourself that you can manhandle mental health on your own. Looks like others have given lots of good Stratford & advice already. Best of luck! Enjoy todays moto’s! It’s a great release!

A few have mentioned having coffee in the morning.  I had to ween my self off and go with decaf.

For myself, I found that having a cup of coffee right off the bat in the morning set me up for the day starting off feeling too edgy and then that was too easy to carry into the day at times.

I usually like to practice in the mornings right when I get up. I also practice in between motos and sometimes even on the starting line to calm my nerves on race day.

Exercise and breathing exercises is what helps the most for me. I Mtm bike and between the exertion and concentrating on the trail, it really brings me back and off the edge. when not biking and feeling anxious I do breathing exercise like mention above. stay positive, it will get better.

book> "Anxious for nothing" (MacArthur).

Proper balanced diet, exercise, sleep.

Get a good blood test to see if any of your levels are off.

Be careful of any depression/anxiety meds that are prescribed.

Be careful of the media you allow yourself to be exposed to (content and duration).

Dive into God's word every day. Let His truth mold you.

You say you believe in God. So maybe try this. Start breathing deep and just saying to yourself over and over God I trust you, God I trust you God I trust you.  Has God not taken care of you up to this point in your life he will continue to take care of you. You have nothing to fear.   For any of you that find the word God offensive, I Apologize. Just put the word universe or power or whatever you wanna call it in its place. It doesn’t bother me as long as it makes people feel better.

Race some motocross, then the enduro will be much less stress compared.

Also having a routine to put your gear on the same way every time probably helps

If you’re using medication and it’s only sort of working yet you haven’t ever gone to therapy, you should probably start.

I’m not a doctor so take my advice with a grain of salt but the situation seems pretty clear based on what you’ve described. You need coping strategies and behavioral changes to address what you’re experiencing which may work more effectively than any medication, and I like that you said you don’t want to rely on a pill but you need more skills and tools to address your problems.

It sounds like your anxiety affects your life in general, not just in motocross yes?

You need anxiety managing medication.

For life anxiety that is inconsistent they will give you some form of a benzo.

For sports anxiety they will prescribe a beta blocker.

propranolol will solve your issues so you can enjoy riding again. It will help you build confidence again and manage it until you can overcome it. See a doctor, describe your symptoms. They will prescribe it.
