This is by far the worst company I think I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered 2 months ago and haven’t heard anything. I reached out several weeks ago and haven’t had a response. I called the number on their website, no response. But they were more than happy to take my money of course.
These clowns do not have their sh*t together.
Avoid at all costs.

Basically they stole from you, that sucks!
Thanks for the heads up!

Don't have any experience with that company, but I have a similar product (Ultimate MX Hauler) from Mojo Motorsports. They were great to deal with, very responsive, and the product is awesome. Highly recommend if you're looking for that type of hitch hauler.
Can you still contest the payment through your CC company? In my experience, you’ll either get your money back, or it’ll light a fire under their ass to ship it.

^Same experience here.
The brother of the owner lived across the street from me when I was a kid. Good guy. I think he has posted here in the past when a similar thread was posted and he addressed the problem.
X3 I’ve had an ultimate Mx hauler for 15 years. I don’t use it much these days but I’ve had it on the back of everything from a Toyota highlander to a diesel pusher. Bike always made it!
@motojackrack strikes again.
He made excuses and made a fool of himself, actually. Go read the other thread.
Motojackrack obviously sucks at business.
It appears their email and phone number on their website are not in use. I found another email and reached out and received a response saying they’ll ship this week.
I have the Motojackrack and just needed the pins and also bought a gas can rack. It’s a good product, they just need to make some changes but who knows, maybe they just don’t care. Taking 2+ months to get product shipped is absurd. At least give an update so the buyer has a clue what to expect.
Btw I will update this thread if these guys can pull through for me. Last thing I want is to hinder someone else’s business. Just want to be kept in the loop.
Damn.
Well, that’s ok.
It just got me to go look into a Switch Hauler where the company got back to me via e-mail & msging almost IMMEDIATELY!
The All Jacked Up-Switch Hauler Bronco…to be seen at a track, race or media-event near you!
These guys seem to be one jack off.
Same here, Top Shelf company to deal with. Great product and outstanding customer service....can't ask for more than that !
Moto Jackrack is a Solid and sturdy product that I bought used over 20 years ago and have been using ever since. It has lasted longer than several vehicles!
Every small business risks having life happen. Shit life has happened to me causing several long delays that I eventually overcame so you might want to slow your roll.
There's no excuse for having someone money for two months without any progress or communication.
I work in an area where poor communication is almost the standard (not this poor) and even I think this is weak.
Not trying to pile on, business is tough when you're a small outfit, but making excuses is not the way to put it right.
A friend had that Ultimate MX Hauler. I just looked them up and they are not offering them anymore.
Pit Row
I have to say that we did always respond back ASAP when I or my wife did during the TBI and surprisingly only 1 person ever asked for their order to be canceled and refunded. That was an amazing % considering it was 1-3 months.
Communication is everything. I’m just tired of people sympathizing shitty business practices just because “They’re a small business” or whatever crummy excuse comes up in threads like these. Taking someone’s money and lying to them or just straight up refusing to communicate is so fucked up. Your communication with your customers is the reason they all didn’t dispute with their CC companies when they didn’t get their product immediately and kept waiting, that’s why I like to patronize companies like yours and Luxon. I can call up your office or reach out here and usually get the answer I’m looking for.
I get where you're coming from, and I believe it is relevant in some cases...but did you go check out the other thread when the owner started responding? NOT a good look and he dug his hole much deeper.
This is exactly right. Small business absolutely must communicate effectively even if there are delays. I can understand delays, but only if kept informed. Business owners ghosting customers, especially those who already paid them, is not ok and they will not be in business long.
Bad news doesn't get better with age.
Most people are understanding if a situation is explained to them upfront and they at least have the opportunity to change their mind if it doesn't work for their schedule.
I love these old business call-back threads. If Andy pays us a visit this will be yet another all-timer.
I ordered one back in 2020, communication was shitty then too. I think it took 3-4 months to get maybe?
I just sold a bike about 2 weeks ago and the guy loaded up onto one of these. Not sure which company thou. Guy calls me 15 minutes later and he lost the bike off the back of the truck.
They have a new version now, called the Mojo Moto Hauler...

This is true. Their product is really good. If their customer service was even half as good as their rack then they’d be boomin.
I run a small business and understand shit happens which is why I’ve been so patient but it gets a bit irritating when you let it slide for 2+ months and still don’t get any updates.
I have customers that grill me if they don’t get their package within 3-5 business days. Amazon has created high expectations and people are starting to believe it’s the norm.
Communication is key and it’d do wonders for any small business that makes it a priority.
He call you wanting something or just to tell you what happened?
At first I was almost expecting him to ask for his money back. He was asking me if I could drive to him and bring a ramp to help Him get it back into his truck. It was weird he had an f-150 w nothing in the back but still used this moto hauler thing which I thought was weird.
