Man some of you need to chill, especially with the righteousness. At one point forums/locals especially were a facility to help the local business owner. I guess Amazon is best for you? Whats weird is the owner came online, admitted the mistake and is making it right. But that's not good enough for some. I'm a MotoJackRack customer. I have had zero issues with product, delivery, or service. In fact in the years of loyal service I became friends with the owner/Andy. SeeMeFirst this guy is local to DFW and a very strong supporter of our local teams and tracks...

That customer refused to send back the part to warranty it. We need the parts in question back for inspection to see what happened. Plain and simple warranty. Zero racks have been warranted in 26 years because they are built to last.

I offer a Lifetime warranty on the build of the rack and always have for 26 years the oldest rack in production.

Guys he is a small business just like me and sometimes we fuck up and file an order wrong. He came on here and posted that he is taking care of it so how about cutting him a little slack?

I did in my first few comments you should read before you type. Very sorry this has happened I am only human. The customer is fine with it and we are shipping him what he ordered. Better late then Never!!

We have a giant total of 12 reviews on Google yes a few not so good ones that I tried to contact with Zero response. What else can I say. Judging by my response today on this thread you should see that I take care of questions, issues or anything regarding my product.
