Tens of thousands of lbs of freight a week. Get out trk your upper body is swelled up like a tank. You can’t hardly move . Chest pumped up 3 more inches, arms 4+ inches, etc. Stretch , sauna, whirlpool, epson salt hot bath, ice bath, a lot of iceing 7 days a week. 2 weeks later your not swelled up like a tank. But still hv most of the strength. Trucking is alot more physical than any construction job. And I work 18-39hrs straight 7 days a week for 2-4 + months. I cut back to 6-8 weeks the last few months tho.

I guess it's time to share my Vanilla Ice story. In 2012 I qualified for the Arenacross finals in Vegas and I also happened to get engaged around the same time. My wife being the awesome woman she is, decided that we should skip the big wedding, drive across the country(we are from PA), race, and get married. Friday afternoon was AX practice, Saturday was Pro SX, and Sunday was AX racing so our only time to get married was Saturday morning. We had a lot fun but after a few days sitting shotgun in my 5-spd Ranger she was pretty exhausted and stiff. So she insisted that my friend and I go to SX and her and my friend's gf would just hang out at the spa and relax. Once we get to Sam Boyd stadium we instantly link up with Wes Kain who invites us to the VIP area on the infield of the track. We get up there and its just us, Vanilla Ice and maybe 10 other people. The deal was that we all had to stay in there once the show started but we had plenty of free food and drinks. He talked to us all night long and couldn't have been any nicer. So yeah, I'm proud to say I got to hang out with Vanilla Ice on my wedding night. Most importantly though, I have an amazing wife!
