Whatever happened was bad enough to slow him down to 21st place, and 2 laps down, so there’s gotta be a reason. I can’t see anything visibly wrong with his bike, but that hit could’ve bent the frame enough to be a problem?

If the bike was OK, then Jett isn’t OK, simple as that.

Hopefully it was a bike problem.

Jetts determination to finish was great, made me a much bigger fan. And I’m one of your “lapper haters” who thinks he should have been pulled off the track when he went two laps down. His finishing position wouldn’t have changed.. And this was far from the norm for a guy getting lapped twice, I’m pretty sure Jett could have gone enough faster to keep it at -1 lap if he wanted it.

Whatever the case, Jett showed a lot of strength and determination last night

Ok, so I heard from a horses mouth.

He's  still leading the championship, he is without doubt one of the fastest riders in the world.

The horse also went on to say Justin Barcia needs to go back to traffic school and learn to slow down a bit before a corner.

You could tell that Barcia was immediately remorseful.

He gave a very long look back and raised his hand as if he was thinking "oh shit no!"

Maybe It hurt like hell to pull in the clutch? I didn't watch too closely but clearly riding around trying to get points but unable to do much ,more than what we saw.

Craziness! Hope he is ok. Hate to see him lose a championship like that-

Pinch me is this real life? Good for the lads.

Jett held his composure after getting his race ruined and losing a lot of points. Not to mention all the pain he was in.

Then Bambam doing the most un-bambam thing and apologizing and feeling remorse.

Good stuff. Got more respect for the ✈️

Mentioned this in another thread....      Mookie clipped Jetts head.    That coulda been really bad (like the Webb/AC incident last year).

Anyone have full video of Jett/Barcia chatting....what was said?    (saw a 2 second clip of it in the other thread)

I remember McGrath talking about pulling off and regretting it later. Said his own ego got in the way. I can't remember if that was 97 or not.

He'll definitely tell you when he means to do something. That's why we know when he said this is not what he meant to do that we can trust him and take his words at face value.

Hate to say it but Craig is the prime example, he came to mind literally the instant that I read "Like who?" 😂

Which has never made any sense in the first place

I don’t know how I missed it the twenty other times I saw the reply. Guess I was looking at his leg nearly getting smashed but that was some serious helmet to helmet contact.
