How can he win Daytona when Kenny is going to win?
Passed him with zero problems on Saturday 🤷🏼♂️
Me too!

Jett's gonna win Daytona. Coming from an Eli fan.
Now this is strange...
Eli's gonna win Daytona. Coming from a Jett fan.
Just kidding 🙂
Did Jett really say that?
No he said more, but in context. That's a cut and paste
Added: To me it was more like Jett saying "Yes I passed him, but he probably isn't up to full speed yet"
I'm my heart Kenny is winning, but Jett is likely going to win
In my heart Eli is winning bc this is his last season.
putting a cart back is really the bare minimum of being a decent human.
Webb or Roczen at Daytona
Roczen beat Jett last time they raced outdoors at MX of Nations.
You seriously think that was Tomac charging forward or attacking the track? His body language said he was tired, but at least not as tired as Detroit. So 4th place and tired...he's doing just fine. He'll use this 2 week break to improve.
It was 1/1 Jett won the second Moto.
You think a weekend off can fix a conditioning issue?
So you wanna see Tomac retire so you can see the 5th place guy in the LCQ make the Main now?
so that makes SX better to watch?
do you guys think this stuff thru?
If he busts his ass for the 2 weeks, yes. Looking at him ride last weekend, he looked like he was finally tired with 5 laps to go. So technically he needs to gain 6 minutes of cardio minimum. That's definitely do-able in 13 days.
Pit Row
He very recently just finished 2nd overall. While still not 100 percent healthy its his bike that's more out of shape than him. All my opinion 🙂
Eli would elevate is legend status if he signed with Beta and won the SX and MX title next year.
Yeah okay...but hear me out. I heard he just signed a 6 year deal with Kove...
#getouttaheretroll
Yes. Very good. Let the memory of libtardmx consume you, and defend it with every ounce of your sole.... Or have fun mocking it like me! I think those of us who don't like him are much less likely to smooch another dudes stinky wrinkly brown round, but thanks for the invite anyway.
No trolling here brother.
Tom Brady went to the Beta of the NFL, Tampa Bay, and won a Super Bowl.
Its plausible.
You're an asset to the site, thanks for coming today. I really mean that...
Tomac is just coming back from what could have been a career ending injury. After a ruptured Achille’s tendon and a long time off the bike, I think he is doing well for only 6 races in. I thought for sure he was done when we all watched his injury happen. I am glad to see him back and can't fathom anyone thinking he would just come back and dominate after that kind of injury and time off. I would venture to say that even the young Jett wouldn't be top form at 6 races but that is JMHO.
I'm still a Tomac fan and always will be, I'm a Jett fan too but I've been around a lot of champs starting with Hannah. They come and go and I am just extremely grateful that I was able to watch them in my life. Can't wait to see the next one that will make Jett look slow, it's only a matter of time. I hope I am blessed enough to be around to watch...
"Has Been" means you once were, and something that a "Never Was" would say.
The kid's having fun, teasing other riders...
Omg, the disrespect.
that’s sarcasm btw
hear me out. after what happened this Sunday, is it at least possible that fairytale ending was crafted with aforethought?
I was interested in Tomac's season so far from a stats point of view. I looked at two things - comparison to how he has started his previous 450SX seasons, and has ability to make his way forward in a race.
First, here is how he has gone for the first six races since 2015 (I ignored 2013 and 2014 as they were clearly his "learning" years on the 450):
Observations:
(1) this year is equal with 2015 as his worst start in terms of average finish position, except for 2018 when he had a horror start with a couple of crashes.
(2) again ignoring 2018, this is his worst season with regard to where he sits on the points table, and the first time since 2016 where he's been outside the top 5.
(3) first time since 2016 that he hasn't won at least one of the first six races.
I then looked at the first six races to see how he has gone with making passes and moving through the pack. So far he's had 8 gate drops (5 normal rounds plus the A2 triple crown). Here's how it looks with positions gained and passes made:
Note: passes executed excludes situations where a rider in front fell and Eli gained a position.
Who has he passed? This guys he's passed twice - McElrath, AC, Prado, Clason, H Lawrence. These guys he has passed once - AP, DF, Wilson, Bloss, Noren, Friese, Rodbell.
