San Diego Mudder?

This was the scene yesterday in Metro Vancouver, Canada. We live about 3 km from the Peace Arch border. I shovelled for about 3 hours to get out the street. As you can imagine this induces absolute chaos for a region that is ill-prepared for winter EVERY SINGLE YEAR. And today we might get some freezing rain, yay!  Looks like the next big weather system is hitting a lot of the west coast from Sunday onwards but hopefully San Diego is going to be dry on Saturday night because I plan on watching the snow melt and watching some SX!

Right now it's looking like we'll have an accurate weather report at 5pm Saturday. These guys are all over the map lol

Hahaha, this is very true.  The forecast for this SD race been all over the map as I've been following it for a week now.  There was a mild chance, then no chance, and now it's back to potentially looking ugly again.  Being that it's Thursday, we can probably bet on rain again, but if a mudder it won't be as bad as SF considering it will be dry until Saturday.

Meanwhile, the current forecast for A2 is looking beautiful at the moment.  A little heat wave predicted with almost summer weather.  Let's see if that holds.

Come on rain!

I stopped by one of the local casinos and requested a rain dance.

Should be wet and slick but nothing like last week so the Jett fan boys can’t cry about the conditions when he tucks the front end!

Right because as history shows he turns into a squid the minute it rains

Dude white claw surge is the real deal. 8% and under 150 calories. Beer makes me too fat now that I’m old.

The Weather Channel is now calling for an 80% chance of rain early Saturday night. Around 1/4" of rain. Hopefully it won't be too bad.

It’s looking to be pretty bad. Around 0.4-0.5 inches. That’s on par with East Rutherford last year, so expect a very similar set of conditions.

What do you guys opt for at rainy races for spectating? I’ve got a fox rain coat that must be 20+ years old. Living in so cal it hasn’t gotten a lot of use over the years so I’ve got that to keep me dry up top. Wondering if I should grab something for my legs so my pants don’t get soaking wet Sat night.
