Dang I was looking for my RMD shirt from the First ever Spode fest in Atlanta. 

 I was working for America West Airlines at that time and would fly for free and I'll never forget my ex-wife questioning why I would travel across the country to ride with a bunch of strangers I never met but didn't go and visit her family in Chicago.... 😂

 Couldn't find the shirt but I did find this gem, it was from Go Huge Now from our SX Tailgate Party.

Just seen this and it hit me in the face holy shit that was a long time ago now when I think about time but the thoughts are like it was yesterday. 

I was more of a Mototalk/motochat person...........I actually even put on The NW Spodefest in Oregon. Oh to be young again came across a old phone book couple years ago and called Gtldmoto. Dude still had same number and land line.

Maybe, but he brought a lot of the negativity on himself. I think he was probably a good guy most of the time, but I also think that the incident with Teggers’ Marcad sticker was something that revealed his true character. It may seem like a little thing to many people, but our character is defined by our actions and that was definitely a huge sign of poor character. 

But I definitely wish that he didn’t pass at such a young age. Has to be heartbreaking for his family, like all that lose loved ones before they get a chance to grow old.

Oh wow, I was there, don;t remember my handle, Loved the Florida dudes, Became great friends with RC16 and rm250guy, and teggers.  Teggers and I tried to do something when RC16 got hurt, although RC16 came with lots of drama.  Sparred much with Bauer and TFS and bushwood in the day (great fun), I was the first to seize on the moniker "slackers" (called us by TFS himself).  Loved it, we were the slackers.  Met TFS at Washougal back in early 2000's.  Also, dude from Phoenix (?), XmikeX, appleman, Remember when EIDave announced himself, didn;t like him much.  I recall a norcal guy who moved to Nevada (fernley?), cant recall his name? Lots of philosophy back in the day beyond SX/MX.  People revealed themselves. Punks were exposed fairly quickly.  Lots on insiders as it was in the early, early days of on-line forums.  Hated GuyB, a real douche bag.  He bought into the corp line and ruined Mikeeep (why?).    My most memorable moment was a sparing session between Mikeep, RC16 and Bauer/TFS.  Back in those days you didn;t have logins or identities.  You just signed your posts as will.  At one point, the RC16 vs Bauer/TFS conflab was off the hook.  I remember posting "Do you guys know how ridiculous you sound" and signed it "DC".  OMG, everyone immediately calmed down and and couldn;t kiss the ring fast enough, I was shocked.  Anyway, it was lots of fun back in Mikeep days.  Sad to hear RC16 and Mikeep have passed, makes me sad.
