We deworm dogs every 3 months are you suggesting humans are exempt from parasites? I was put on a anti parasite protocol by my Dr and literally had multiple climbing up the toilet bowl after I did my business, I like how people know what's best for other people.
I haven't seen Coop ride the way he did at A1 on a 450, he looked like he had that swag he had on the 250.
Another thing I noticed in this interview his vocabulary and speaking was much better than previous years, something I also experienced when I cleaned up my health.
Truck how could you possibly know how good of a Doctor Cooper is being treated by? And how can you doubt his health problems to the point you think it’s nonsense? 🤦♂️🙄
I find it very interesting that people always say Webb has mental strength, yet I see the opposite- bare with me…..
I enjoyed Webb’s game playing and seeming tenacity at first, but then I saw that it was really only in play when everything was going well. It’s easy to be strong minded and psych the competition out when you’re at the top of your game.
However, what we saw when things weren’t going well painted a different picture. There was the “best off season ever”; how’d that play out? “I get paid to race”; then quit the season…..there’s plenty of examples of Webb going quiet when things aren’t going well.
And that’s not what mental strength is…..mental strength is hanging in there and walking the walk when in reality everything is going to shit.
Glad to see him back and competitive though, hope he carries it on.

The "I get paid to race" comment was directed at Roczen skipping nationals a few years ago to get his health in order, right? Now a few years later, Webb does the same thing in the midst of switching teams, but looks like he may have also been dealing with some health issues.
The comment about AC at the finale along the lines of "He choked, I didn't" also really rubbed me the wrong way. I get that they were rivals during ams, but to publicly give such a low blow when AC was arguably at the lowest point in his life after giving up the championship - I dunno, those two incidents put me off and I never really found a reason to root for him since.
Glad he looks competitive this year though, always a fan of more guys challenging for wins. Bring on the rest of the season!
If I remember rightly, happy to be corrected, but the “I get paid to race” was directed at Roczen pulling out of SX, then Webb pulled out of Outdoors?
Imagine someone who knows nothing about cars telling a mechanic all about the repairs another mechanic did on their car. If the first mechanic did a bunch of extra junk just to line their pockets and also fixed the actual small issue, the second mechanic isn't going to have much trouble picking up on that based on their conversation with the person. That person's car might be running better, they might have nothing but good things to say about the first mechanic, might even be considered "elite" by some.... but that doesn't change the reality of what happened and both mechanics know it.
This is no different. Some of what has been sold to webb and others is total nonsense and its not hard to pick up on for those who are educated on the topics.
And this is the generous interpretation of what's going on. Go read up on Balco or the countless other methods of PEDs given out under the guise of medicine over the years if you want to get into the less generous option.
This is not the case routinely, unfortunately. While not all the care they receive is substandard, particularly within large academic centers, athletes are frequently roped into BS testing, “treatment”, etc. by snake oil salesmen. Some of these people are actual medical doctors, but the majority are trainers, chiropractors, naturopaths, or self apppointed gurus.
Coop looked great on the bike in person at A1. The medical part of the interview on pulp didn’t have enough info to say much about except for the parasite and bacteria part. That’s very suspect.
I mean coop saying tht bout AC is no different from any other rival in any sport , u hear shit talking like tht all the time in UFC & boxing to sell the fights and to get your point across. not mention in the NBA when Reggie miller threw up the choke jester at a player , thts how it is when u have a brash athlete thts dgaf 🤷🏾♂️
Correct . He did some local level off road races instead.
In 2019 I don’t think there was really anyone who was clearly faster than him. Marvin and Tomac beat him here and there but he was clearly the best guy all year. In 2021 Roczen was faster than him but he also had issues of his own that meant he couldn’t really put a full season or even full races together at times. IMO Jett is a different animal. I don’t think he’s just going be able to roll up on him at the end of races and pass him like he has with Roczen so many times
Okay, so it’s really DR Truck. Should have just told us that in the beginning…🤦
Parasites in humans is the elephant in the room. Most have no clue and should quietly research this topic and make the corrections as you choose for yourself. Freewill my friends.........
Unless he has no weaknesses. We'll see. I don't think it's pressuring him, I can say that. We saw Chase practically riding on his seat, he was so close, for entire motos and he didn't crack. We haven't seen him come through the pack in sx yet
Some of us who are physicians who treat primarily athletes know that this is incorrect.
Go Coop!
Disagree. In 2019 Tomac was the fastest guy, but had that weirdo stretch where he went 6-12-1-6 in Minneapolis, Arlington, Detroit, Atlanta and that cost him the title (had to go look up the cities again). Webb goes 1-1-2-1 in the same races.
In 2020, one could make a case that if Webb does not splatter himself in Arlington he maybe snakes that title from Eli. He was on fire when they came back for the Salt Lake Seven, and SLC3 2020 is one of the best mano a mano SX battles in modern times.
In 2021, Cooper was the fastest guy in the main events consistently. Don't forget because of the weirdo schedule there were no west coast races in 2021, so not much hard slick dirt and most races the whoops were soft, beat up and jumpy. My memory of that season is Webb just getting faster as the mains went on, and his ability on that 21 KTM to cut down in turns and shorten the track was unmatchable.
But yeah, Jett poses a whole new problem.
I see that you get the same response as i get when i mention it.
i am at the same page as you. It’s easy to be mentally strong when you are winning but when it gets tough it’s easy to run away and hide.
we all know the startgate nonsence in salt lake, but it’s strange that he never does that when he is in 10th or finger taunt guys over the finish line when he ends up in seventh.
the best thing is that none of the other riders seems to care about it. When he struggle they don’t care about him and never sink to the same douce level that he is at when he is ”mentally strong”..
I'm not gonna lie. Seeing it in person, Webb barely even did anything to Lawrence, and look what happened. That's exactly what these guys need to do. I'm sick of seeing guys pull over for Jett and not giving him any kind of fight. Its too bad Webb got hung up by Anderson for so long. He probably could've put a charge on Jett for a good chunk of the race, just to see how that would've been.
Pit Row
See, takes like this are what make me super confused about the SX/MX fan base. A lot of the people in this sport claim to be tough & hard-nosed, talking down on other "stick and ball" sports and say they're for softies.
But then a dude like Webb says some of the lightest, most harmless trash talk in sports history and the "tough" crowd that this sport attracts seem to get up in arms.
I'm not saying you specifically are one of these people that act all tough-guy... just a general observation.
Agreed.
Jett is fast. And you do have to be in it for 17 rounds. What did he say that was incorrect or shows a lack of confidence?
What happened? Jett won the main when it mattered, that's what happened. They aren't pulling over for Jett, they're getting their doors blown off by him.
Did u listen to it.
The way he mumbled around for an answer. He didn't seem confident and he never had an answer. He said Jett was fast. Jett knows how to control the race and he just has to be there for 17 and see what happens. It wasn't like he was confident something would happen.
I was expecting him to say. Ahhh jetts a rookie. We just to to pressure him make him uncomfortable and force him into not being able to get 17 good results.
The problem is not that he says it, the problem is that if you are gonna run your mouth, you better back it up.
He’s a five time champ. He’s backed it up good enough for me.
Did he back up “best off season ever” or “I get paid to race”?
Because that’s what we’re talking about, not results.
Eh, disagree. First, I'm 100% not someone that acts tough and looks down on other sports, although that can be a pretty accurate statement for the typical moto fanbase.
Second, as I already mentioned, the comment toward AC was directly after the most heartbreaking moment in his life, losing a title at the last second that he's been working toward his whole life. I wouldn't say it was "light, harmless trash talk" - it just came across bitter and in poor taste, and completely unwarranted. When has AC ever said/done anything remotely negative towards anyone, ever? lol
And re: "I get paid to race", as others already mentioned, it was just hypocritical because he did the exact same thing a few years later.
I know he tends to lean into the "tough guy, mentally strong" character, but it just comes across phony to me.
