Hard to tell from that shot, but it does look like the rear shock mount has been modified with the triangle hole in it that we've seen on the Eurpoean bikes from time to time, and I'm betting the thing strapped to the right fork leg is the wireless tuning device that KTM has been missing for a while now... Thanks for sharing the picture! It will be interesting to see what they've come up with. I expect this means the current gen will continue for 2 more years before a full redesign in MY 2026, but I guess we'll see.
It's true that the frame looks different as well as the shrouds!
Coenen's factory bike seems to have shorter shrouds as well.

Motor mounts are black, maybe they are not in aluminium...

The bottom part of the shrouds is black creating an illusion of smaller shroud. I think the shroud shape is still the same as the current one's
I have WP pro components and also 6500 insert forks in my garage, but the 2024 stock air fork is pretty damn good. They have really improved these things a lot since 2021 - they are my fork of choice ATM.
whatever KTM does to the 2025 model, I’m pretty sure it will be minor. It’s a great bike.

Do your stock forks seem a harsh at all on small braking bumps? That was my issue with them, but it’s possible it could be fixed with adjustments. I did what I could to make them better, but I didn’t like that I would have to slow down when the bumps got worse later in the day
I think there's something that resembles a cut out visible in the picture but the quality is so bad that it's impossible to reach any definitive conclusion

Maybe it's just a sticker like the teams were running on the clamps making them look like split clamps lol

I usually Increase air pressure, reduce rebound damping when the square edges start to show up.

It's not a picture from a press release, it's a picture from a KTM dealer. You will have HQ pictures later.

Do they usually have the posh clutch cover? I haven't noticed it before, but I don't pay a lot of attention in fairness

Was hoping for a FE350 this year.
Looks like updated frame with shock mount cut out.
New shroud design? Or is it just the way the graphics make it look ?
I'm still not sure about this orange seat...
The updated frame, it will be interesting to hear about from a normal weekend warriors perspective.
Not one will notice any difference.

Sexton did, they are stiffening it back up for him.
Most people don't even own these bikes and will swear up and down there is a difference lol

was hoping the rumor of a 350 FE was true, looks like i’m waiting for this summer for the 25 350 to be released 🤨
Anyone have a good picture of the stock frame and one with the "cut out"

KTM team/bike intro press event is Monday, December 4. Guess we’ll know soon enough after industry press publishes their event coverage. Can’t wait!
Who thinks they will ditch AER forks for 2024.5 FE and 25 MX models?????

If there is no frame cutout when it is released, the "I can feel 2NM torque difference in my tank bolts" crew is gonna lose their minds.
