So my buddy sends me this moto academy clip today where they're discussing Roczen's scrub at Straight Rhythm. It's actually a really cool breakdown. I'm watching it and at the 7:09 mark, AJ's driver (Jamie) tries to call him, and AJ is pissed, saying "he should know not to call me without setting it up first". And then goes on to say how all his staff know not to call him without setting it up first. What if driver Jamie was having some sort of emergency?

What a weird thing to be pissed about, and even more weird to leave it in the video. As good as AJ is, he seems to have these moments where he just comes across as a complete douche. It's hard to back people like that when they screw up or fall on hard times.

Only on vital would this be downvoted. I work in engineering and they make it beyond easy for women to get jobs and degrees in this field. I'm a recent grad and there were like 4 different academic support groups for girls on campus. Companies specifically seek female candidates. They pay them sign on bonuses.
For all you soft handed types who are already thinking of your reply, my wife graduated summa cum laude, landed a record breaking salary job for new grads, and left the industry all together to be a stay at home wife, entrepreneur, and work in ministry. Women don't want to beat on valves and conduct 6 hour design reviews. 1/300 might.
