Only $10 for all 2026 SX, MX, and SMX series.
I was at the race. Hill went full road block on Kenny. Jett had it in the bag anyway though.
Ok, so what's the final payouts to 20th, 250 and 450 classes, is that available yet.
By the way, anyone else think that three in the booth is one too much?
Jett probably made a bit more on the night thanks to his bonus money for his 22nd overall finish in the 250 SMX series.
When we talk about James we consider him a 2x Premier class supercross champ, but he also won the AMP Mobile World Supercross series in 2006 (RC the AMA), no one counts or ever mentions it in his title count, same with Heath Voss who won it the year prior before the heavy hitters started using it mainly as prep and getting gate drops before A1. The 250sx Regional series aren't included in that count either, which makes sense since it's a Regional title, but will this new championship count towards Jett's/a riders National championship count, unlike the old 'world supercross' championship? On one hand, i think it should, but on the other, it isn't exactly fair when everyone who came before him never had a shot at 3 titles, otherwise Ricky would of had a lot more than 15 national titles. Especially if both classes are considered a national title... and if we count this series, we should probably count James and Heaths world supercross title aswell.

Things change over time. Back in the day there were three classes so more championships available.
Ken had two full motos to beat Jett, and in the first moto he started ahead of him, and now we blame it all on a Hill brother on one straight? Talk about grasping at straws..
It's a shame Jett can't run that purple Grand National #1 plate all 2024.
No, it's not mate.
3 rounds of a 'final series', has No Bloody Business usurping Both the Motocross Championships, and the Supercross Championships.
Though, I don't doubt that will be the intentions / end results of it in the future.
In an instant, one Outdoor National was got rid of.
And, when FELD take over control of the Nationals - which I really do think will happen, when DC's / MX Sports' contract with DMG / the France Family expires, well, I see a future with evermore SMXs, and ever less Outdoor MX tracks.
I agree, 100 %, I would rather have had 3 more Nationals.
What if one of the rounds were in Hawaii?
Apparently Jo comes from a lot of money.
I would have guessed Jett, not Deegan.
Wait until WSX falls over because the teams didn’t have the foresight to drive a better deal, and suddenly Feld find themselves thinking why don’t we just make this a 20 race SX series.
As per usual with the broadcast they overdid their 'storylines' massively. They must have mentioned the money hundreds of times, plus the stupid 'world championship' bollocks. It was great racing tonight but give the public a break, this is not a proper world championship. You can slam the FIM all you want but it least they have some history in motorsports so when they sanction something it tends to mean more. SMX is not a world championship, it's three races tacked onto the end of two real championships. At least the Monster Cup didn't claim to be a world championship. Back to the TV production team, either they're morons, or they think fans of the sports are morons, because the shit they serves up is an insult to us, or to any fan of motorsports. We had to put up with that turd Ralph for over a decade, and now we've been landed with Leigh Diffey - who may be even worse than Ralph (at least Ralph's fuckups were entertaining). Will Christian is unbearable, I've had to resort to muting whenever she's rattling on.
Can my American moto brothers please tell me - is this level of shit found in other sports production and commentary in the US? I've never come across anything comparable to this in any of the other sports I watch in Australia. The only American based sport I watch - besides moto - is UFC and it's head and shoulders above the shite moto fans are forced to endure on a weekly basis.
Yes.
Yeah, fuck Feld. Everyone wonders why Supercross never seems to grow. Having people that literally run circuses and Disney on ice trying to put on a motorsport has a lot to do with it. Supercross is not a circus, or a load of bullshit like FMX, it's a legitimate highly skilled motorsport. I wish it was presented in a way that emphasized that. You can hate on Infront all you want, but it least they know how to put together a tv package and race package (apart from the races in Asia).
That’s bc 3/4 of Vital would sell their right nut to pull on Kenny’s pud. Just like RC.
No, it's trash production by US standards.
No other sport would ever tolerate will christen on the sidelines constantly struggling to get a point across, thick accent play by play guy that everyone thinks is a joke while a guy who does much better job gets benched, color commentary by guys that barely speak the English language, constant cutaway to people getting dressed or watching the race or family, in race interviews with mechanics that literally never say anything interesting. They use spilt screen all the time but still manage to miss passes and crashes in the top 5 every single race. The switch camera angles every half second and you constantly have to reorient yourself, including this obsession with switching the view of the start 3 times while the gate drops so it's impossible to follow the guys you care about. Broadcast crew is thrown off by this as well and takes about 2 laps before they figure out where people are. Timing is always messed up.
There was probably 100 college football games get broadcast today and I would bet almost none of them struggled this much. Great sport. Great racing. Just horrific production.
Pit Row
After last weekend yes, before that he was just a complaining bitch. Funny how fast things can change..
Damn, some of you guys are more focused on the announcers/broadcasters than the race itself!
Its the bondo effect. You cannot escape it.
Which is exactly why the teams were shortsighted as hell letting some misguided sense of patriotism guide them to “back our series” instead of using the WSX situation to leverage the bastards.
The teams assume almost all the risk and cost, and get fuck all in return except inconsistent rulings and being told no for no good reason other than no. No merch, no competition sponsors (yes to stealing sponsors tho!), no tv shares, no tv graphics packages to help interviews and story building… but keep paying the riders who may or may not break themselves, pay to be here, pay to enter, pay their bonuses etc no profit share and fuck you you can pay to go to MXdN when a dollar a ticket would fly the whole circus over business class.
Good they got these three extra races tho, that’ll show em. 🤷🏻♂️
Where can I see the list of who won what for the series?
I mean, not doing me any good right this moment..
