No, in moto 2 if Chase wins and Jett is 2nd Jett still wins
If chase wins, Jett can get second. If Kenny wins, Jett is out. But if Kenny wins and chase gets second and Jett gets fourth then chase wins. I think I’ve got that right.

If Kenny wins moto 2, he’s champ. If Jett wins moto 2, he’s champ. If Chase wins moto 2, Jett needs to finish 3rd or worse for Chase to be champ.

Jett, Roczen or Sexton can win with the "overall." It works like it does at your local track; Jett can win with a 1-2 as long as Kenny doesn't go 2-1. Sexton could win with a 3-1 if Kenny goes 2-2 and Jett goes 1-3.
This is, of course, if they are not tallying moto points now. They keep talking about "points as they run," but I don't think there are any points awarded yet.
