I don't have more information but saw this on Facebook, thought it would be cool to share it ! Maybe somebody will chime in with more knowledge about this build !

EDIT :
It's not exactly a CRF bottom end, it's an hybrid motor using many parts from the CRF including the injection, ...
Everything is made by Tomassin R&D in Italy and available to the public

10k Euro for the engine kit with transmission and 15k Euro for a complete bike. Real cool machine.
First 10 of each should be done by Xmas with deposit
That is so bad ass!
Wow, that seems like a crazy good deal for the complete bike!!!
The Shop
Luxon 4-Post Bar Mounts
$189.95 - $239.95
That's my take on the price too, unless for some reason it isn't accurate. Most definitely a consideration for 24 since I will probably bail on the Stark.
Electric start🙂
Someone had sent this to me a few days ago. I think it's the same one.
Electric start and quick shifter? Let me go take a look at my bank account
I saw videos of Tixier riding the bike on Instagram, it seems really easy to ride even on the super hardpack track!
15k is a decent deal considering new 450’s can be over 10k these days.
Awesome!!!
There are electric start kits for CR5’s but they are heavy add-ons. This one is integrated into the CRF OEM case. Pretty cool. Would be nice to compare the weight to a conventional CR500 conversion with kickstart and carb. I have a 2008 CR500 AF and was going to upgrade the chassis to a 2014-2016 but I need to look at this more. Blows my mind!
I am in love with this bike.. only thing missing is an exhaust valve like the KX500 engine has. I wonder what the porting and the power band is like.
If you want a powervalve for your CR 500 go here:

Thanks Nino.. another very cool option!
C'mon, guys...

Actually, Tixier ran into mechanical problems in Arsago Seprio...
I’d actually like to see an updated cylinder for a KX. The aftermarket seem to gravitate towards the Honda.
There is no replacement for displacement....
2 strokes rule.
Pit Row
Not much more than a Stark....
And think how much better this will sound and smell...
Pretty badass to be honest.
1st generation product is not for the faint of heart. Reliability is usually earned over several iterations of the product.
...and people won't laugh at you like they would for riding a toaster.
Magoo, unfortunately for me, people will laugh at me and my riding style!
There's a reason, even after nearly stagnant development, they won't remove the CC limits and the 4 strokes require the CC handicap to stay on top.
A 2023 450 still doesn't put out as much hp or torque as a CR500/KX500. Which really stopped being developed in the early 90's.
