One of the most open-ended questions you could possibly ask, Grinning... Yes and Yes.

I've started taking beta-alanine and lo and behold, that shit actually helped with arm pump after a month or so. Or it's placebo effect, don't care, seems like it's working.

My placebo of choice is beet juice, the real stuff out of a juicer not the processed powders. And bull semen of course, also straight from the source.

Alpha-gpc is good before rides and has been proven in studies.

But in all seriousness the biggest thing for me was liquid carbs and electrolytes on hot days

I know several guys around 50 on the creme that rave about. They get their blood work done and their T levels are off the chart. I couldn't believe a cream worked so well. I figured it needed to be an injection

Really? Was it just a straight beta alanine supplement?

BPC 157 and CJC1295, good electrolytes while training  followed by quality protein after and a fairly clean diet.

Yes on the BPC 157. But I used TB 500 with it

All the guys I know on some form of T therapy have lost their minds. Late 40s and getting some shot in their asses. Real weird after some of that

Lol, there's stuff you can take that triggers your body to make it's own T. Much better approach than straight T shots like some are doing. And fairly inexpensive compared to getting the shot. I guess it really depends on the person too, everyone responds differently.

There's nothing natural that's really helping boost a dude mid 40"s and olders T levels. T-boosting supplement are all garbage for the most Park. Placebo and not much more. If someone is getting great results on a T-booster they're probably lying and on TRT

I wasn't saying natural, just alternatives. Enclomiphene isn't natural, but I'd think it's a safer alternative to TRT

How well did you respond to this combo? I really like BPC.

Yes, in powder form. A first week or so it did not do much just tingle my lips and body. Then a bit later the tingling sensation just stops and it did help with arm pump, also helped with running, muscles won't get tired that quickly.

TRT. Best thing to ever happen to me. There are men’s health clinics you can go to but I went through my GP. I’m on 200mg a week and feel great.

He's asking about Supplements. You're talking about testosterone replacement therapy. You've strayed afar from the topic my man.

A good diet adding fish oil (Omega 3,6,9), protein powder, collagen & vitamin complex.

My man. When a persons natural levels of testosterone are below normal limits a person can use TRT to supplement their natural levels. There’s no over the counter supplements or clean eating that can give a person anywhere near the benefits of TRT. A combination of TRT, vitamins, and clean eating can, and will, give a person the results they are looking for.

By no means am I saying anyone should abuse testosterone. Getting bloodwork done frequently and using TRT as prescribed by a doctor to keep levels in the upper range of normal has been a game changer for me personally.  The top of my refrigerator doesn’t look like a GNC store anymore and I get the results I’ve been trying to get for years prior. And I am within normal limits. Just like I’m sure many pro athletes do too.
