That said, awesome video of a 2-stroke being properly ridden.  Pure music.  Maybe with the increased exposure, they will catch on with the younger generation.

Brian is not a very good "actor".  lol

Loved the old YZ out there too.

What's sicker than 'sick' is lame. Lame is really lame. You dig?

well we know why RCs gonna give his Monster Bro a pass on the commentary when he inevitably pulls another bone headed on his teammate or some such next season. o well.

Neither are great actors lol but the kid was ripping that 22’! Also another vote for more time of Brian on that 90s 250 in the video.

I was wondering with being on Yamaha that he would practice on a 2 stroke, now we got a video, he's pretty good on that thing.

Not particularly a big Danger Boy fan, but can admire what he’s doing and always enjoy a two banger vid. I had a 90 model YZ250 and would have loved to see little Deegan rip that old thing.

Shake my head at some of you jackwagons critiquing it like you are Siskel and freaking Ebert.

I loved it but even before RC showed up I was hoping for a McGrath cameo, "Nah man the 90's were better."

This might be an unpopular opinion but i don't like Dirt Sharks way of making 2-stroke videos. The audio is way off what you are actually watching, closeup shots with sound like the microphone is not even close to the bike and vice versa. The audio doesn't somehow match what your seeing.

But the riding was 5/5!

Im just a bit tired of modern day pro's that try to blow the engine up when they do a two stroke video. going wide open on second gear trough a thirt gear turn just so it should sound fast.

Tomac did it, Barcia did it, Haiden did it etc..

Just ride the bike normal and people would be happy anyway.

cheers to both of you. People buy what they are TOLD to buy. Not one damn person on this forum (cept perhaps DV) can actually utilize the power of a 450 properly. And you'd turn the exact same lap times with a 250t. but you buy what you are told is THE BIKE. Which is why 250s went away. and i'm still bitter about it. and get off my f'ing lawn.

I'm not bashing the kid, he's definitely fast on a dirt scooter. Surely, he makes the smoker scream... Again, there's no hate for the Deegans. BUT I personally am fed up with the groomed, freeway-like tracks in such videos. They all look the same, especially on a 2 stroke. Maybe I'm too old fashioned but I'd prefer to see the same setup at a track like Southwick after a day of racing.

These videos are so corny. Deegan, Roczen, Tomac, Stewart, Musquin, Carmichael, Decotis, and who else made one or is going to make one? None of these dudes actually like 2 strokes just love fads and easy clicks. Stewart ripped a yz250 and at least told the truth about the bike at the end of the video when he was doggin the shit out of it.

This your 6th post in 10 years and you have this bad of a take? Who doesn't want to ride a perfectly groomed and watered track? This wasn't a "how Deegan trains during the week" video.

I thought it was great, and fun. What a great thing for a Dad to do with his kid who is on the gas at a young age. That is pretty much it really.

Bullshit. I had a yz250 2 stroke and had been turning laps all day on a mates track. He tells me to take his then, brand new 21 crf450 for a spin. I hadn't ridden a 4 stroke for 3 years. After a couple of practice laps I consistently ran 2 seconds per lap faster on the 450, on a sub 1 minute track. I went and bought a 450 the next day.

Like it or not, 99% of riders will be faster around a track on a 4 stroke

I’m all for resurrecting the CR125, but for the love of god, NO Speedos!

Yep, imagine being mad about a total stranger spending their own $ and posting the anger online.

As with Ricky’s PC 125 video I wish they filmed it after a long day of practice when the track was brutally rough.

Who doesn't want to rip some hero dirt? Seeing someone rail a perfectly groomed track is still one of the coolest things to me after nearly 25 years watching MX

Must be rough to be that bitter and not be able to accept that some people like different types of motorcycles, but we all love to ride.
